Thanks CSS!

It's the 2nd of January. I switched from CSS to ÖKK insurance for 2023.

I had some medical appointments in the last week of December that have not yet been billed and I need to print my documents for the 2022 tax return.

Yet CSS have blocked my access to the app and online account - Is this normal? How am I supposed to tie up the end of year paperwork etc?

If it is normal, I do not know. I just checked the app access for my old insurer ASSURA and it still works. When I look at my insurances it correctly says I currently have no insurance with them. But all my invoices are still visible.
I would contact them. I am sure they can provide an account overview for you.

Many insurances do this (stop acces to app when you terminate). However they will be able to provide you with whatever docs you require. But it's annoying indeed.
