Hi, Have found plenty of information about the basic medical insurance, but what I can't find is what is actually included in that cover?

I suffer from Palindromic Rheumatism which needs fairly frequent treatment, and my girlfriend is asthmatic, so I need to know if these treatments will be covered by the basic insurance, or if not would I still be able to get additional insurance to cover them, or will they not want to know because of the costs?
