Okay so I'm really stupid and didnt get my health insurance sorted until after the three months period... I now have health insurance but due to working I cannot go to my local Gemeinden....and the crappy hours its open.

I havent yet recieved the offical letter?? still not sure what this is... but have recieved the stickers and a letter from my health insurance company saying that I am covered from the begining of the month etc etc.

I recieved a letter in the week which I picked up today, I'm not sure what it says and even when translated online its not clear to me...

nach ihrem zuzung haben wir sie bereits zweimal gebeten, uns eine kopie des versiche-rungsaysweises zuzustellen. Bais heute haben wir jedoch keine police erhalten
wir erlauben uns deshalb, sie nochmals auf Art. 3 des krankenversicherungsgestzes aufmerksam zu machen, wonach personen mit wohnsitz in der schweiz der versiche- rungspflicht nach KVG unterstehen und sich innert drei monaten nach der wohnsitznahme oder der geburt in der schweiz fur krankenpflege versichern oder von ihrem gesetzlichen vertreter bzw. ihrer gesetzlichen vertreterin versichern lassen mussen.
gemass 3 der einfuhrungsverordnung zum krankenversicherungsgesetz haben die geminden dafur zu sorgen, dass die bestimmungen des KVG beachtet werden. wir bitten sie deshalb, uns bis spatestens 15. juni 2007 die kopie ihres versicherungsausweises einzureichen.
fur die prompte erleidung danken wir ohnen im voraus bestens.

they've told you twice they want a copy of your insurance and you have until 15 June to get a copy of the policy to them?

The fact you received the stickers means you already have an insurance, this letter asks you to prove it, so copy the letter from the insurance company (and make sure it has your insurance id number), and copy the card if you got one already, then send it to the address listed on the letter you just got.

Basically they are complaining you did not get coverage, and say that it is required by law...if you send them this copy you should be alright from the first of this month, and get away with having nothing the first 2 months.
