Notice that there where at least two males inside the shop doorway who failed to come to her assistance, and it took the cameraman and other bystanders at least 30 seconds and the retreat of the thieves before they 'rushed' to her assistance. I'd say that it might better explain why they couldn't of in the past, and why they could today. Soft southern shandy drinkers, Northhamptoners should be ashamed of yourselves.
