In a country where 40% of people live with less than 2$/day and where a president & family own building in Paris, London, New York etc... even within 30years is just a clear indication of corruption. The corruption index showed also clearly the degrading situation in egypt. The egyptian themselves live this corruption everyday. You won't a proof? The judges will investigate and bring it.
Unlike you, I don't praise Mubarak and don't see any improvement brought by him in 30years of power: 40% of people living with less than 2$ per day.
