Glasgow. Wales. Cornwall (we already have Devon so it's superfluous). Give Scotland independence but in the declaration document hide with a marine territory extending 83 cms from the coast so we keep the oil.

The Bliars, Mandelson, Gordon Brown and all members of the Royal family with the exception of the Queen and Prince William - Charles and his other half could be offered at a discount!

You can only get a good price for stuff potential buyers are interested in. I do not see who would possibly want to buy the royal family.
But Argentina might be tempted if the Falklands are offered at a good price.
Gibraltar - but the Spanish are currently rather broke. Maybe Ghaddafi would buy it and retreat there?
Northern Ireland, but then Ireland is not really in the position to spend a lot either right now... and it is too cold for Collonel Ghaddafi.

I just recognized that Britain claims ownership for 1.7 Mil square km of Antarctica. Unlike the North Pole is there land under the ice... so in times of global warming the British government could do everything in their power to speed up the process and get rich on real estate...

1. Cheap one-way plane tickets to anywhere in the world.
Mainly to cater for the backward, intolerant religious masses that have over the past 40 years infested the country, breed like rabbits, continue to live off state subsidies like parasites and cannot or will not reconcile their ideological beliefs with the traditional indiginous values of their fellow countrymen.
2. The economic elite, the wealthy aristocracy and the politicians who together have de-industrialised large parts of the country and turned this once proud and able nation into a cheap off-shore call center.
3. Terry Wogan (never could stand the man).
Not worth much as assets but your liabilities drop drastically.
Well.... Hope that gets the ball rolling.
Cheers
(Prince) Harry
