If you check my statement you can easily see that it's factually correct. Mass murder is common in Arab countries, their human development level (as measured by the usually pro Arab U.N) is very low. Focusing on Israel, draws attention away from the vast majority of victims.

The racist nature of zionism bears its ugly face.

Particularly in Palestine, where zionists have been routinely mass-murdering the lawful inhabitants since 1948 and before.

Palestinian deaths ca. 15,000 in almost 70 years; say 200 per year.
Syrian deaths ca. 500,000 in 5 years; say 100,000 per year.

Assad is losing the support of his sect

If genuine, this could mean progress: Assad goes away, reconciliation (of sorts) can begin.

Claims that a war plane was shot down near Aleppo; no firm details yet. Source

Some sources say it was Syrian plane and the pilot was captured.

You've factored in the murders and deaths during the conquest of Palestine and the ongoing deaths of poverty and oppression?

Re: Syria - It ain't over till it's over

A russian helicopter crashed in Syria. Those rebels have long range weapons- shooting Helicotpers all the way in Russia. After all - Putin ordered his army to withraw, didn't he ?

Seriously - it seems that Assad can't survive without massive foreign help, hopefully this will help making a deal.

Maybe try actually reading the article before posting it next time. He ordered a withdrawal of "the majority" of Russian military from Syria. A majority can be as little as 51%.

That's not a report, that's wishfull thinking. How come that some unnamed, completely unknown Shia clerics are presented as representing the felings and political stance of the majority of Syria's Alawites? What is closer to reality is that there are some Turkey backed and Turkey based Alawites, that are oposing Assad.

Yeah, right. After all, reconciliation started after Gaddafi's death, didn't it?

These are actually Alawites, no Shia - but it does seem dodgy, hence my qualification of "if genuine". very hard to tell. The allawite suffered a lot of casualties and may be looking for a way to end the conflict which doesnt involve being murdered.

Sure it did. wait a few centuries and see. Syria can have a Kurdish, Allawite, Druze & Sunni states - there is an historical precedenct of sorts.

Alawites are Shia. Other than that, the primarily Alawite-inhabited Mediterranean shore of Syria, has remained loyal to Assad's regime and has witnessed little if any military action.

Great precedent, states drawn on maps by colonialist states (and redrawn again and again).

All arab countries are a colonialist invention - They are either held together by brute force or disintegrate violently

This is claimed to be video of Syrian rebels shooting down a helicopter; but it could be anywhere, anytime, really?

The Video is not new, but the rebels have shot down helicopters.

As expected, the ceasefire didn't hold. Obama's legacy in the middleeast might not be better than Bush's. Actually, it's already: Libya, Egypt and Syria (where the chemical weapons he promised to destroy are still killing civilians)

Actually the video was posted on GerilaTV, which is a PKK related website. It shows PKK militants taking down a helicopter of the Turkish Army within Turkey, near the Iraqi border.

Seriously, the so called rebels wouldn't stand a chance without external support (logistics, information and training).

So, if no side had support from the outside no one could win this war. Hmmm. Your comment makes no sense.
