I hear that for an employee with a wage of lets say 30K Euro it actually costs a business 40-45K Euro to employ the person in spain (when full time) once paying social security, business taxes and other government 'costs'. Until someone tells them to stop destroying small, medium businesses through heavy taxation, stop growing government and stop bailing out the wealthy (i.e. socialism for the rich), there is no chance EVER that the situation will improve until the population goes on rampage.

I put my money on rampage first.

Alternatively, the EU will simply encourage them to emigrate unfortunately.
