I tried to read The Times today. Unfortunately it was full of Murdoch arse licking and Tom Watson hatred.
When will the guardian be bringing out an iPad app? |

It just gets sicker... http://www.guardian.co.uk/media/2011...ng-sarah-payne
And they even had her mum write a farewell column in the last NotW, there really are no words to describe the depths of morality they plumb.
When will people eventually learn, and stop buying services from these people?

After all the criticism the Guardian has had form some on this forum, you have to hand it to them; they were on the money with their accusations against the News of the World.
I am just waiting to see if Pearce Morgan has been compromised. He is pretty angry about what he claims are unsubstantiated allegations. Still, it doesn't look good for CNN when the man who took over from Larry King is under scrutiny. Louise Mensch apologized for her remark (that Piers had hacked phones) when in fact he had changed his phoned after someone suggested it maybe be hacked, but now there's this: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/0..._n_910471.html | Quote: | | | | The Daily Beast later ran a version of the same audio. In the Telegraph's clip, host Kirsty Young asks Morgan how it felt to "dealing with, I mean essentially people who rake through bins for a living, people who tap people's phones, people who take secret photographs, who do all that nasty down-in-the-gutter stuff."
"Not a lot of that went on," Morgan replies. "A lot of it was done by third parties rather than the staff themselves. That's not to defend it, because obviously you were running the results of their work. I'm quite happy to be parked in the corner of tabloid beast and to have to sit here defending all these things I used to get up to, and I make no pretense about the stuff we used to do." | | | | | | This user would like to thank for this useful post: | |

The positive press Rupe and Wendi gained from this stupid, ill-thought-through stunt merits the stern but unusual punishment of the pie-thrower wearing a sign saying 'Kick me, I'm a Git' for six weeks.
