No. Did you read the article? They used phones basically as network probes sniffing out your keys, recording the encrypted call, decrypt it and play it... if you know how to.

Why? Credit Suisse has changed from Secure ID dongles (which were hacked earlier this year as well) to SMS based transaction numbers. So if somebody knows your bank account number and the permanent password (aka: the stuff you would enter if you fall for a phising site) this is an easy way to clear out the account.
