You clearly have a very high opinion of yourself, it's not shared by everyone.

Is that really the best you can do?

Answer the question. Would you be attempting to basically tell me to sit down and STFU if I wasn't female?

I do rate myself quite highly as a human being, tbh. I hope everyone rates themselves thusly. They should.

I offer facts where I have them, everything else is opinion. Most folk on here do the same. Yet it's only me you currently enjoy shouting down. Interesting.

He will surely rely on his lawyer, I don't think a person in his position would cave in media bs. He's got BJ behind him, no?
He won't need a lawyer as there is no possible case against him, presumably has the results of the Eye test

I don't know how he felt and I don't know the details about his eyesight, so I cannot judge - hence I will not be throwing the first stone.
He said how he felt, at length, in a televised interview. It'll be on iPlayer, fill your boots.

As you say he is an advisor, he advised on BREXIT & he advised on the General Election, both amazingly successful, he was not asked advise on driving to Durham

He is clearly a brilliant man, he will be around for a long time no matter how hard the lefties scream

You keep bringing up Brexit and the GE. Is irrelevant.

And all shades of the political spectrum think he's an utter twatbadger.

This is getting hilarious. One needs an eye test to brush off media bs? What's his fav color?

Sigh. Police didn't speak to Cummings, they spoke to his father. As I have said i think four times now. TC is refuting that the police spoke to Cummings or any of his family. They spoke to Daddy Cumminbs.
No I have not! Don't misrepresent what I've said.

Ah. So butthurt it is then. I didn't like your attempt to bully off EF. I shouldn't have to put up with it IRL so didn't. Simples.

I guess we view each other in the same way then. I find your views simplistic, puerile and, if they are your actual opinions, deeply concerning.

IMO. Obvs.

I've seen it but it doesn't mean anything.

Also assume that some lawyers helped him with the wording

I'm not. You kept screeching that I was wrong and that the police didn't speak to Cummings or his family. I forget the other one now but see post 200. Ish.

Christ, if he did and he paid them in anything other than buttons then they grossly overcharged him. If heard better excuses from 6 year olds. Certainly more inventive.

It would have been a whole lot slicker if he'd got the professionals in.

The upshot is that the media will get their pound of flesh. He's very likely to resign IMO, and then they can switch their attention to their next target. The witch hunt must go on. I'll continue to hate this, regardless of which side of the political divide they focus on. Jeremy Corbyn was a political opponent but I thought the way he was treated was no less despicable than the current Cummings variety.
This is why it's critical that Mr Cummings doesn't go, the only message it'll send out is that media witch hunts work and in doing so empower them in future.

Re: Boris Johnson for PM?

Saw this on FB

Dominic Cummings;
Here is the whole story.
Dominic Cummings travelled to his family's farm in Durham without stopping. The farm contains 3 properties. One with his elderly parents. One with his sister and her teenage children and a third where he stayed with his wife and their young son. They are separated by 50m distance. He never came into contact with his parents or relatives beyond long distance shouted conversations and his sister leaving food outside his door.
The plan was that if he and his wife became so sick that they couldn't look after their son Dominic's niece or sister would be able to. Dominic and his wife Mary did each become very sick, he had issues with his eyesight and breathing. However, they weren't seriously sick at the same time so never needed urgent help with their son. Their son also got sick and had to be briefly hospitalised. Even then they did not break socially distancing rules with other members of their family.
On one occasion they went for a drive to Barnard Castle and went for a short walk. It has always been permitted to go outside for exercise and even to drive somewhere to do so. They had recovered from the virus so were not infectious. Then they drove back to London stopping once for petrol.
Dominic's Uncle, who he is very close to, died during this time. Dominic did not visit him or go to his funeral.
That is the whole story.
It's about time all those calling for his head took a good look at themselves and stopped believing what the media have printed for sensationalist press.

No, it shows that some people do what is honourable (or at least after some pushing) as in my opinion he screwed up majorly by flouting the rules/advice.

Looks like it is a non issue. Not sure why people give credit to media that is only trying to make cash on ratings and clicks.

Not if self isolating.

Driving somewhere to take exercise has only been permitted since 13th May.

The only thing he is guilty of is doing what he thought was best for his family. That was the only thing on his mind, he is not a murderer or a thief, yet is being hounded as such. The hate on show is degrading and shows how far society has declined.

Not a murderer and a thief but worse, he's a political advisor. Worse again, an advisor for the other side.
I bet there are a lot of people bricking it at the moment hoping their own travels are not discovered.

To me it looks like he's done the most to secure his functioning in his role, which is laudable. It is fake to hold him accountable for the exact opposite, are media consumers really falling for it? It is hard to believe.

Friend of yours is he then?

Lol so instead we should all believe what is posted somewhere on FB. Just as we should also believe that DVLA will let you self diagnose your impaired vision and make your own judgement if you are good to go. Oh, please such a poor attempt while linking the name of Anne Frank to this selfish, untruthful and pitiful man is truly laughable.

Deflecting, failing to consider that there are always two sides to any arguments and resorting to insults just demonstrates your lack of intellect and not your superior intelligence.
