Justin Bieber - late

So Bieber was late on stage at his concert last night and the 5-year-olds missed him as they had to go home to bed - it was a school night.

Is it me being a bit "old" or is it odd that people do this? I know the news item doesn't mention such young children but there was some woman who's child is normally in bed at 1930 who was, in her words, "falling asleep during the concert."

I'm all for treating kids but there is a limit. What do you think? And has anyone checked mumsnet for the typical EF-style fallout on this topic?

Re: Justin Bieber - late

I think in the case of the Bieber, "better never than late" would be more appropriate

Re: Justin Bieber - late

regardless of the performance, I find that unacceptable - I would be peeved if I went to a concert or event that started 1-2 late for no reason?!? Totally unacceptable imo...doesn't sound like there was a good reason...

Just realized something terrible.

Being a father of a little daughter, I may have to accompany her too to such a concert in the future...

Two Bieber threads on EF? They're sending 8 year old kids down coal mines in India without any form of protection and you're getting wound up about Canada's greatest disgrace since Nickelback or canceling the CF-105 Arrow? P-lease ....
