At the same time I am surprised by your comment. .. you only suppose it was Isreali police because he was cuffed? what more evidence is needed? Given that:

- mainstream news channels that are * usually * quite biased towards Isreal are confirming he was beaten by Isreali police, (e.g. BBC)
- he is currently held in Isreali custody
- the US government has started reacting to the matter

I guess it is possible that someone beat the crap out of him, ran away and then the Isreali police came along whilst out for a stroll and arrested a helpless child casualty lying on the floor.

It is pretty clear to any rational, fair minded individual who the likely culprits are.

During the time of the kidnapping extremist groups were marching in Isreal shouting death to arabs --> no news coverage, no sign of police doing anything to stop it thus you never hear about it.
