In a total coincidence, Russian authorities held a news conference yesterday with "newly found" radar evidence blaming the Ukrainians

What is actually ironic, is that in the process, Russia has actually shown that their previous (or current?) story is a complete lie, because the radar images the produced then and now completely contradict each other

No longer was the Russian Defence Ministry talking about SU-25s, but now there was in fact no other aircraft, or any other object close to MH17.

As expected, the official report blames a BUK missile supplied by Russia and launched from territory held by rebels.

The international investigation lead by the Dutch, have identified the missile launcher that downed MH17 was supplied by Russia:

	Among the key findings were: the plane was hit by a Russian-made Buk-9M38 missile; the missile was fired from the rebel-held village of Pervomaysk in eastern Ukraine; and the launcher was transported into Ukraine from Russia. "This Buk trailer came from the territory of the Russian Federation, and after the launch it was returned again to the territory of the Russian Federation," said Wilbert Paulissen, chief investigator with the Dutch national police.

I suppose the next step is to try to bring those responsible into court, altho I doubt Russia will be willing to offer them up so easily.
