It depends on the airline and what they've signed as far as fuel agreements, as well as where you'd like to fly.
Many of the big airlines sign hedge agreements that last for years, trying to lock in a low price on fuel. I imagine most have been caught off-guard by the dropping price, as they are locked into higher prices for the foreseeable future.
If you have the ability to wait a few more weeks, I'd seriously consider it. Prices are too high right now imo.
