The current state of play is 329 conservative, 1 UKIP and 320 everyone else.
A few Tory defections and this is dead in the water. Lovely. | | | | | Lol.

There will still be the same amount of MPs before and after Brexit.
The country was split almost evenly, I doubt it would have a huge impact on their career prospects.

From the ft today "Dollar falls as Trump signals concern over strength".
Against the euro the £ has shot up to where it was last Friday but has not yet reached Thursday's level |

So May's master plan is to write a "tariff free" trade deal with the EU without accepting the four freedoms!
Good luck.
Commitment to plan to continue cooperation with the EU over crime and security is good as is the plan for Parliament to vote on the final deal.

She took a while to get going with all the platitudes but in the end it was pretty good. She said everything I was hoping to hear. Objectives have now been laid out in plain terms.

Did anyone really think the UK would be allowed to cherry pick on a much greater scale, given that we're actually leaving? | Quote: | | | | | I'm afraid there will be no Brexit after all. | | | | | Nonsense. Once Article 50 is triggered the UK will be out with or without a deal. If the MPs reject it, well tough luck we'll have to do without.

Good luck. | | | | | Yup cos the EU has done such a good job of running a tight ship (Greece crisis , migration nonsense) that they really can impose harsh penalties on a far better run entity.

Without leaving.
The UK's problem is that it needs better negotiators.

You need gutsier people. You can only really get a good deal when you are willing to walk away with no deal at all. They'll need to do this void of any public discourse.

The UK's problem is that it needs better negotiators. | | | | | Basically it's also what May said she's going to attempt to do with Brexit. Out of the common market but with tariff free trade. What remains to be seen is if the EU will cut off the nose to spite the face.
"No deal is better than a bad deal". That's the kind of talk I like.

In the end PMs will have no real choice, and even if they do refuse the UK will be out in two years or so.
Assuming of course English courts don't interfere, isn't there a case still pending?
