Re: EU gives Greece deadline on borders

That's (among many other nasty things) what happens when you don't have the guts to secure your own borders and outsource border security to a country ruled by a ruthless dictator.

It is reported from an internal EU meeting yesterday that Turkey is currently sending only long term sick or unqualified people to Europe as their part of the "swop" deal

Article today in Tages anzeiger (German language)
I suppose it only serves the European leaders right, after having made so much hot air about doctors and engineers and how today's refugees are tomorrow's top tax payers.

When you mix humaniatarian gestures with greed you can't blame others for outsmarting you in that game.

There are too many people for the world to sustain
Already G.W. Bush noted that; he just forgot to add that the over-consumption is in his own country :-)
So yeah, the plannet cannot sustain Switzerlands all over the place, but most developing nations are living more sustainable lifestyle as they have no power to hog the resources from other people.

Re: EU gives Greece deadline on borders

Well, if the EU/Turkey migrant deal wasn't already dead, it is now.

Final nail in a very leaky boat methinks.
