I live in Malta, as a non Dom I don't have to pay any tax on world wide income, just income remitted to Malta.

The U.K. Is a tax haven for non Doms, really no need to evade taxes just choose where you live. Monaco has no tax at all

I applaud anyone who tries to avoid tax. The sooner people realise they're getting rinsed, the better. That's one of the reasons why I like Switzerland so much.

I wish that I had the kind of money volume that needs hiding from the tax.

A numbered account lets you hide cash. What this scandal is about is letter box companies. They can be used to hide cash but are much more useful for hiding ownership in other companies. That's something a politically exposed person like Blocher would want if his political decisions would be a conflict of interest with his assets...
