I don't think Trump will run again in 2020. If the Trump presidency is bad, the NeverTrumpers will challenge him in the primary. He would drop out before going through that again.
If the Trump presidency goes well, I also think he'll drop out. I really don't think Trump wants to be 78 years old and still sitting in the Oval office. He'll claim his four years as a huge success, anoint a successor and ride off into the sunset.
