A federal appeals court on Wednesday ruled that President Trump cannot block enforcement of a New York grand jury subpoena for 8 years of his tax returns.
Is this the final step or will it return to the Supreme Court again?

The latter, most likely. His team will continue to play every legal loophole/angle they can until at least after the election.

Two White House officials conceded today that President Trump had not been tested daily for coronavirus.
If he was actually positive some days before he reported he was last Friday then it could explain why he so quickly reached the stage of low blood oxygen; also would explain how so many WH people and visitors got infected.

Yet another delusion.

On his health, Mr Trump said: "I'm back because I'm a perfect physical specimen."

Meanwhile he's refused to do a virtual debate with Biden.

Re: Will Trump be a Good President?

Perhaps this isn't necessarily directly related to Trump; however, last summer, Trump was encouraging his supporters to hate Governor Whitmer and encouraging people to protest against her due to her not wanting to end the lockdown in Michigan while the numbers were still rising.

And now this, in the headlines today...

FBI says it foiled plot to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer

https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/fbi-..._live_hero_hed

"The Justice Department on Thursday announced charges against six individuals in Michigan allegedly involved in months-long plot to kidnap Gov. Gretchen Whitmer before the November election and violently overthrow the state's government...

According to the criminal complaint, Adam Fox, Barry Croft, Ty Garbin, Kaleb Franks, Daniel Harris and Brandon Caserta started planning to take Whitmer and others hostage at the Michigan State Capitol in Lansing, Michigan.

They were arrested Tuesday by law enforcement."

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said on Thursday that he hasn't visited the White House in two months because of how the administration has responded to the coronavirus.

Speaking in Kentucky, McConnell said that while he talks to President Trump frequently, he hasn't been to the White House in person since Aug. 6.

"Because my impression was their approach to how to handle this was different from mine and what I insisted we do in the Senate, which was to wear a mask and practice social distancing," McConnell told reporters

Seems "TOGETHER!" in Trump's world means he flies off to a world class hospital to be treated with a cocktail of rare drugs while Melania suffers alone at home

This is incorrect for two reasons:
1. Trump is the president. It's not more than normal that a country treats it's president and commander-in-chief differently, as it is a risk for the country

2. Not being around Donald Trump is not exactly the same as suffering

On his health, Mr Trump said: "I'm back because I'm a perfect physical specimen."
And even worse, what I guess he said in full was “I’m back because I am a perfect physical specimen and extremely young

The man is 74 years old.

One has to ask... Is there anything that Trump CAN say or do that his supporters will admit is delusional?

We are four years into this madness and you are still asking that question? His supporters are either brain-dead or people who only vote their wallets and have benefitted disproportionately from the tax cuts. Or both.

Let's say he knows more than we do and lives to 140 years or older: Can he run for president again?

White supremacist extremists will remain the deadliest domestic terror threat to the United States, according to the Department of Homeland Security's first annual homeland threat assessment, which details a range of threats from election interference to unprecedented storms.

Since 2018, White supremacists have conducted more lethal attacks in the US than any other domestic extremist movement, demonstrating a "longstanding intent" to target racial and religious minorities, members of the LGBTQ+ community, politicians and those they believe promote multi-culturalism and globalization, according to the report.

In a press conference on Thursday, the governor tied the plot against her to the rhetoric of President Donald Trump, who she said has spent the last several months "stoking distrust, fomenting anger and giving comfort to those who spread fear and hatred and division".

Mrs Whitmer's lockdown orders drew thousand of protesters to the state capitol, where many compared her to German dictator Adolf Hitler. In April, Mr Trump implied support for the protesters, tweeting "LIBERATE MICHIGAN".
