WOW, where is this? Tom, that should be pretty cool on a bike. And loud. | | | | | That's the entrance to Carlsbad Caverns in New Mexico. It's not a road, but a walking path. I think it used to be stairs until the Americans with Disabilities Act happened and they had to make it wheelchair accessible...
Im not sure what it has to do with Trump though - although it is in a national park, and there's been mention that the Trump administration may want to sell off some of them? Maybe they'll leave the cavern and just sell off the stalagmites so we can build some more nukes with the profit...

It has good chances to become the non-word 2017.

Watched most of Sean Spicer last night, and he seems to be getting into his stride more now. I don't know enough about the guy to see him as anything more than a mouthpiece at this point, but I'm sure that will change with time.
One for anyone who missed it on SNL this weekend. Totally agree on "the lower case KKK". I've seen these people on so many forums over the last 18mths r.e. Trump and Brexit, but until seeing this clip, I didn't realise it was 'a thing'. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K9LQ0U7PQcA | This user would like to thank Blueangel for this useful post:

But WIN WIN look at me WIIIIIIIN! | | | | | He won over the unions in his first day in office That was a huge chunk of the Dem's voting base. I want to see him win over the African American and Latino communities. It would be fun to see liberals meltdown.
Hopefully, some people start to recognise the difference between imaginary sentiments and real actions.

Any business leader worth their salt speaks to the applicable unions first so as to head off any potential future issues at the pass.

Trump should continue to tweet spectacularly inflammatory things to keep them busy with imaginary sentiments, while he robs them of a their base. Its entertaining, and apparently works for him like a charm.

Couldn't decide whether to put this here or in the Jokes thread. But since I increasingly don't know whether to laugh or cry when reading the news these days, this thread seems appropriate.

He's not popular. Big deal. I'm sure he'll cope. Or not.
My point is that his style of idiotic immaturity and trivial point-scoring is becoming normal and acceptable. It's infectious. You can see it developing on here among his supporters; echoing his sentiment and pettiness. Flocking behind the bully with a "yeah, me too!"
He's a confidence trickster talented in deflecting from the real issues with a stupidly transparent act.
What was that about never winning a fight with idiots, because they will beat you with experience? Now a scary reality.

How can I tell Trump? He is not one of my mates? | | | | | From the podium's perspective, you can't see the empty patches in the field. Also doesn't state when the photo was taken. From the podium's perspective, the fields would look full.
The media shot that first salvo. At the point where we should actually try to work together, the media continued on questioning Trump's legitimacy.
He let it go at the point, the media and Spicer carried it on. Continuing on with stories of Trump's legitimacy doesn't really help anyone. It just makes it more painful for losers. But I don't think the media is capable of thinking maturely. Its not that competent at analysing an issue.

I'm talking about politics in general. The new dawn of trivial point scoring.
A bit like Phos does on every post. Nothing of substance, just point scoring. No facts, just opinion and "sentiment" and "feeling" is enough to convince yourself you are making some kind of coherent argument.
Society's gloves are off, it's all acceptable now. Everyone can act like they have an IQ in single figures.
It's you two that keep bleating about "Libs" or "Reps" as if there's any kind of a difference. LOL. | The following 3 users would like to thank for this useful post:

How can I tell Trump? He is not one of my mates? | | | | | i thought trump being childish was the starting point here?
youre just insulted now because you realize you are just as childish yourself since you brought the crowd size up here pages ago |
