And as we all know, you can see that wall in space. what's the betting that there will be 'geographical features' that the wall has to be built around that lead to the view of it from space spelling 'Trump'! | The following 2 users would like to thank Blueangel for this useful post: | |

It can't be seen from space. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Man-ma...ble_from_space
Opportunity for The Donald to go one better with his vanity project though.

That's not bigly or yooge enough.
How about building a bigly river along the entire border. That would put the Panama Canal out of business too.

Lets say, hypothetically, that it didn't involve any grabbing and that, hypothetically, another Trident test was to happen and that, hypothetically, again didn't go exactly where it was intended to and hypothetically nuked the Mexican border.
Would that suffice?
(Do not google Trident test missing missile - there is absolutely nothing to read on the topic)

| | Re: Will Trump be a Good President? | Quote: | | | | | Don't you think the likes of Fox News are simply catering to what their target audience want to see and hear, just as left wing news outlets are tailored to their respective audiences.
The thing with political agendas in the entertainment business is that people who have agendas often let their agendas get in the way of business decsions, so in the long run they lose.
Succesful journalists and entertainers are often cynics. | | | | | Well, succesful in my books probably translates to widely unpopular. It takes certain personalities to be good at figuring out how to succeed and be popular. It would make me more cynical than I already am, lol.
Mass consumerism is averse to cynicism, though. Or to critical assessment, leaving bias aside for a bit. Or being funny about something that outraged alarmists consider catastrophic. Look at anybody who wants to offer slightly different opinion and then is quickly isolated, his personality picked apart, called "negative" and "naysayer", mocked and hushed into a corner.
Again, social media is not to be blamed. Users, yes. Those who so easily fall for superb work of attention engineers and marketing specialists. Why? Because it makes the users feel better about themselves. It is easy to figure what sells. There are no victims if the victims themselves consciously decide for low quality and buy into it. Dogma has no chance where it is not wanted. I could be outraged but it is pretty much a story of human thinking, throughout the history, no?

I used to think that political correctness was a blight on the Western world.
Now i'm not so sure as it did make Trump POTUS.
