I was watching the second episode of The Nazis: A Warning from History yesterday (made in the 90's, so not aimed at Trump) and it discussed how his cronies in power used to take snippets of overheard conversations from their leader and turn them into policies to try to curry favour. Lots of differences though, so hopefully it'll turn out better this time round.
It's an interesting series so far.

Really chilling discourse on the symbolism of Women's March, by KrautandTea. (Trigger warning for fair-hearted freedom-fighters: brutal images of recent inadmissible violence against Islamic women, terrible facts).
KrautandTea posts on minds.com: https://www.minds.com/KrautandTea , after being silenced on Twitter.

Several newspapers, including the ft, are claiming today that the EU is preparing a legal challenge in the WTO against Trumps threats to impose new border taxes.
Karma!
Looks like Trump will start to face legal challenges from many directions.

| | Re: Will Trump be a Good President? | Quote: | | | | | Flynn discussed sanctions with Russian envoy before Trump took office, officials say
Michael Flynns contact with the Russian ambassador was interpreted by some senior U.S. officials as an inappropriate, potentially illegal signal to the Kremlin that it could expect a reprieve from sanctions imposed by the Obama administration. Source
According to the article Flynn is now no longer denying discussing sanctions instead he says "I cannot remember"
Also the article claims the FBI are still investigating.
Will Trump eventually be found to have the most corrupt team of any President ever or will the allegations all be found groundless; Cath we need a poll | | | | | New conspiracy theory circulating that Flynn called the Russian Ambassador to "out" the Russians who were informing the CIA about hacking of the Democrats and so embarrassing Trump.
Sergei Mikhailov, who worked for the FSB, the successor to the KGB, was arrested in December, along with Ruslan Stoyanov, a top manager for Russia's largest cybersecurity firm.
In addition, two other people, including Major Dmitry Dokuchaev, also an FSB officer, were arrested in connection with the case, according to Russia's REN-TV. The fourth person was not identified.
Not a shred of real evidence to support this theory, of course, the NSA will have recordings of the conversations so the truth may emerge sooner or later |

I think this would be expensive for Mexico, but a good way to make a point if they have to: http://money.cnn.com/2017/02/13/news...orn/index.html | This user would like to thank 3Wishes for this useful post:

| | Re: Will Trump be a Good President? | Quote: | | | | | I'm sure most on the left would be glad to trade their hysteria for the right giving up their relentless bullshit, but none of that's gonna happen. | | | | | | Quote: | | | | | It is sensible but he fails to mention all these points were already covered in the submissions made to the Appeals Court. | | | | | The article was aimed at the hysteria, not those making the submission to the Appeals Court.
You would have thought it would have died down by now, but no. It's relentless. And ever more ludicrous.
Trump is the second coming of Hitler - he's not.
Trump's supporters are Nazis - they're not.
Trump is racist because he want's to build a wall - have a look around the borders of Europe and see what's been erected in the last 12 months.
Anyone see Piers Morgan get told to F**K OFF by Jim Jeffries at the weekend? I don't like the guy, but he got told to F**K OFF after making the perfectly reasonable statement that Trump isn't Hitler. Then there was the deranged reaction of the audience. Good Grief.
Still no one learns. Not one single thing. The angry, bitter and outraged sense of entitlement by the Left now is exactly why Brexit and Trump succeeded.
Trump won because people are no longer free to say what they want. Except at the ballot box. And this is why the Left will keep losing. | This user would like to thank for this useful post:

Maybe it's just me, but bad grammar and bad spelling automatically diminish the credibility of the writer's argument.
