Tucker is really good. En plus, he is fun to watch.

Huh? What's bias got to do with the fact that some people are murderous thugs who take delight in decapitating innocent victims on video?

I'm more concerned about the fact that anyone would choose to watch such videos at all, for any reason. We know it's happening - why would we need to see the gory details?
Well yes- poorly expressed- that is indeed what I meant, thanks. However, extrapolating that particular behaviour in one part of the Muslim world, to the rest of Islam- is total non-sense.

Read the paper at lunchtime as I was in town, and there was a story that reminded me of this thread. About a young man who murdered his mother in the most horrific way recently near here- and who spent a lot of time watching such videos- which were linked to the murder.

Just because someone calls Trump a dick does not mean that no one else can have that title... Trump is a dick. Although I prefer to call him an ass.

I was reading an article today on what the new "Trumpcare" would offer the American public. Or should I say, "what it does NOT offer". After reading this list, I had to wonder what was actually left on the bill to benefit anyone?

The proposal is to eliminate ten essential benefits that, according to the Affordable Care Act, must be offered as part of any insurance plan. Those benefits are:

• Outpatient care without a hospital admission, known as ambulatory patient services

• Emergency services

• Hospitalization

• Pregnancy, maternity, and newborn care

• Mental health and substance use disorder services, including counseling and psychotherapy

• Prescription drugs

• Rehabilitative and habilitative services and devices, which help people with injuries and disabilities to recover

• Laboratory services

• Preventive care, wellness services, and chronic disease management

• Pediatric services, including oral and vision care for children
Yeah. I know lots of people who are really concerned....people with chronic disease, older people, and lots of doctors. If you're an insurance executive, or a really rich person, you probably like it.

A complete travesty.

But finally all these EF members who like Trump can move to the US and be free of the dictatorship of having to pay for all these mandatory benefits in Switzerland or Europe in general.
They will be free to not pay for all this.

You are missing the point, wether it is de facto or de jure, when it happens in a muslim majority country it is something as normal as taking the dog out to piss.... it is just logical to them, they see absolutely nothing wrong with it.... and when hundreds of thousand of them come directly, how are you going to explain to them that immoral women, immoral men, immoral words, and immoral ideas are not punishable? Do you think they will accept it? Your word over the word of their god and prophet which they learned to accept without any doubts at the mercy of the blade?

When you go to a country for the first time you always experience cultural shock no matter how open you are....... they are coming to another dimension and they are not open at all! Why should they be open if it is you who is wrong?

@Odile, just because you are indirect with your ad hominems does not mean i am not recognizing them as such.

I did not watch those videos to be entertained, a friend of mine who was studying to be a doctor asked me to watch them with him....

And by the way, i also play video games, and listen to metal music.... there you go now you have more amunition against me.

Besides it is clear, that i find those acts not just disgusting but completely barbaric, and i thought i made it clear plenty of times... the problem is that you cannot relate to the victims of such brutalities because you do not know what they endure.... like i said stay in your bubble.

When they explicitly state so?

+predictable follow-up question+ "and how do you know they are biased?

When they sit inside of Hillarys private jet and everybody jokes and Plays toghether and make funny gossipy questions.... and then they get the chance to interview trump and hammer him on an extract from a speech.

Really, you Need to wake up, or just stay in the bed and phase out quietly.

Ofc i am, that is the reason why i am thinking about what is happening to women and gays in Saudi arabia... you know if i thought i was the center of the universe i would care more about not having an "islamophobe" president just because i want to remain "proud" of being french while at the same time calling out "ultra nationalists".
You are confused again, Trump has a private jet, Hillary does not!

Your infatuation with Hillary is becoming embarrassing; like a schoolboy with a crush on their teacher.
You post about Hillary so many times; why don't you start a new thread about Hillary so you can share your obsession with fellow sufferers and we can avoid these epistles of love?

This thread is about Trump, you know - the US President?

Why don't you post a link to the "true" story if you can and put us right.
Instead of always claiming other people are posting false information when they actually provide their sources.

The Associated Press reports that the health care vote is delayed - Ryan et al are not confident it will pass.

Not winning today. Too bad, too sad.

The Republicans have been saying for 9 years they would replace Obamacare with something better and Trump made similar Campaign promises.

Seems to be a case of "the emperor has no clothes", I mean it becomes clear they never had an agreed plan with which to replace Obamacare; it was all just blah, blah.
This delay will be a relief to the millions who would have lost their cover; probably just a temporary pause.

Edot was quicker than me

Trump owns a private plane.
Hillary rented one for a short time during her campaign from AerSale, a Florida company.

See the difference?

Those of us in the EF elite do rent cars from time to time; maybe renting is a concept you are not familiar with

Are you ignoring the alarming familiarity with which she conducts herself? I mean she is indeed talking to the "unbiased" media.

@marton, oh we can also talk more about how nice and tolerant muslims are without being afraid of getting one of our body parts chopped...or without being thrown from "the tallest building the eye can see" while being blind folded and at the end have all the kids of the neighbourhood finish us off with stones.
Thousands of Muslims from across the world converged on the UK for a convention where they rejected extremism and violence of terror groups such as Isis.

“The only thing the terrorists are achieving is to completely violate the teachings of the Holy Koran and of the Holy Prophet Muhammad,” His Holiness Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad told attendees.

You are really obsessed with her

So you finally understand she does not have a private jet?

"alarming familiarity" you believe she should wear a Burka? Or what is your point!

Could you mention Trump from time to time in a thread about Trump?

Re: Will Trump be a Good President?

To understand how/why Trump won and what he is up against now, after the win, is very much Hillary conected. People who voted for her are unfortunately making his work difficult. Obstructing. To say, let's not bring Hillary to the thread, or keep related issues out of the thread (just because they don't include Trump's name but still refer to similar phenomenon), is unwise, in my opinion. Let's have people draw their own analogies..what danger does it pose, for a good debate?
