Guardian chemtrails level raised to 11.

Nigel Farage is 'person of interest' in FBI investigation into Trump and Russia

Some sort of partial admission?
Quote:
President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday that patriotic Russian hackers may have staged cyber attacks against countries that had strained relations with Moscow on their own initiative, but said the Russian state had never been involved in such hacking.

Trump not moving US embassy to Jerusalem 'for now'...yet another election promise that he breaks. Netanyahu's comment to decision: "It will delay peace" (don't laugh)

You certainly know about the picture of Trump with his hands on an orb, a scene that could be taken from a séance or something. Well, the Nordic Prime Ministers just trolled him bigly. See here for an article by the Guardian.
so that's what he meant when he said the europeans are laughing at US

Re: Will Trump be a Good President?

Pass the popcorn

Quote:
New York's attorney general Schneiderman accused U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson of misleading investors on the costs of climate change while Tillerson served as CEO of Exxon Mobil.
The accusation was made in a court filing Friday in New York

Schneiderman's office said the documents allegedly showing Tillerson authorizing the bogus communication on climate costs came to light through a subpoena on ExxonMobil's accounting firm, Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

New York investigators also accused Exxon of "destruction of untold numbers of documents" from more than a dozen employees, including "months" of Tillerson communications in which he used a second company email account under an alias that Exxon originally failed to disclose to the attorney general's office.
Source

Sounds like something serious that will run for a long time!!
Reminds me of the Enron scandal which eventually led to the bankruptcy of the Enron Corporation, an American energy company based in Houston, Texas where destruction of emails was a key factor.

Re: Will Trump be a Good President?

Oooppss

Bill Peduto, the mayor of Pittsburgh hit back against Trump, who had told reporters on Thursday: “I was elected to represent the citizens of Pittsburgh, not Paris.”

Bill Peduto wrote on Twitter: “Fact: Hillary Clinton received 80% of the vote in Pittsburgh.
Pittsburgh stands with the world and will follow Paris agreement.
As the mayor of Pittsburgh, I can assure you that we will follow the guidelines of the Paris agreement for our people, our economy and future.”

I assume Trump does not check anything before he states it?

I wonder how this EU idea will work out?

Quote:
The European Union has rejected Donald Trump’s offer to renegotiate the Paris climate agreement and pledged instead to bypass Washington to work [direct] with US business leaders and State governors to implement the historic accord’s commitments.

Shouldn't be a problem. And won't that upset Trump.

Re: Will Trump be a Good President?

I think that was diplomacy, if anything.

Showin' up and nukin' all nor ostentatious grandstanding to please the voters did not work, obviously. I'd prefer slow careful approach with the biggest can of worms...really. May cost some and might seem undemocratic but might actually get somewhere, in a long run.

The White House distributed a video explaining why the US is leaving the Paris Agreement.

Now French officials have edited the same video to explain why the US is wrong

Re: Will Trump be a Good President?

Watching the responses of various world presidents and PMs, along with several federal, state and city departments in the United States itself, I'm beginning to think that Mr Trump might actually be good for America and the world.

We could end up with a future in which the power of the president is diminished in favour of more local power. A future in which Europeans no longer hang on to the apron strings of Uncle Sam, but take some more responsibility for their own security. A future in which Americans are more active in organised political action instead of just breaking stuff and shouting slogans.

Kind of like how WWII made Europe a better place, once the rubble had been cleared up - Mr Trump might be the catalyst for a much better America.

What do you reckon? Maybe I'm just a dreamer, but I'm not the only one...
