Besides inciting hatred by retweeting BF posts, he's made serious threats to wipe out an entire nation.

This guy hasn't got his hands dirty in decades, but that doesn't mean that he won't happily delegate the task to some dumb sap. He's capable of anything...by proxy...so don't kid yourself that he's some jovial troll messing with the establishment's heads. When you crave immortality and the clock's ticking, people are capable of hideous acts.
While we're on the topic let me remind you of Trump's repeated asking during the campaign why the US can't use its nuclear arsenal, and that he would never rule out attacking any country with it.

Wonder what Trump will do now to try to distract from this.

If it turns out to be a better deal for all the parties involved, then yes that would be a single success. If he were to chain a long string of such individual successes together, without making any major blunders, then that would make him a successful president.

But I don't see it happening.

He's turned the office of the president into a sort of reality TV show.
Hey ya, long time! This conversation hasn't moved much since I last checked many years ago.

Trump is not really a "Win-Win" kind of a guy. He's more of a "I win, you lose if you go against me" kind of guy. And the guy is actually winning and succeeding at it. He certainly knows how to play the trump card.

He's taken over the Republican party. Dismantled the Democrats. In the process of dismantling Obama's legacy, and finally rid the US of the Clintons. He just dismantled Elizabeth Pocahontas Warren, and her CFPB stronghold. Hollywood hipocrisy has been exposed, and leftist mainstream media is screaming and kicking on its way out. Reinstituted and restored constitutionality.

Its not an overnight task, but he seems to be winning and succeeding at what he set out to do.

He's doing a great job of dismantling the elitist ruling class, which is what many people voted for. It takes time, but the swamp is indeed getting drained right before our eyes.

As for him not being liked, that is quite alright. I don't really think we should be choosing our presidents based on whether or not we like them. I think the tendency to try build a cult around a political personality is dangerous.

At the moment, he can't go too hard at the Republicans, as he needs them for legislation. In due course of time, I'm sure he would get bold and ballsy. If they manage to pass this tax bill, it will change the game for the next decade or more.

While his opponents continue to keep whining and whining, the guy is actually still winning and winning.

Hahahaha, HOW MANY people triggered by a Trump retweet?! He's trolling you all and you still don't get it.

As an aside, remarkable how many people (I'm looking at you Labour MPs) who are calling for Trump to be banned from the country for retweets who are the very same people who want let ISIS fighters return for "rehabilitation".
You write retweet as if when it is a retweet then it does not matter. In fact many people in the UK have faced civil actions or criminal charges due to their retweets; look at the Lord McAlpine or Ched Evans cases.

Also a new point to ponder!

After Trump's re-tweets the US State Department warned their Embassies world wide about the risks of riots or anti Trump demonstrations.
Actually Trump has so little respect worldwide that either nobody bothered to demonstrate or the demo was so tiny that it was not worth reporting

Indeed a long time but still with your tenuous grip on facts!

For example, "leftist mainstream media is screaming and kicking on its way out"
Whereas the reality is "CNN president Jeff Zucker said Thursday “CNN’s been around for 37 years, this is the most watched year in the history of CNN on television.”

Of course today, in our post truth world, reality has little worth

In the US, CNN's ratings have dropped to 1/3 of FoxNews, and the FakeNews mantra has taken hold to the point where CNN now wants to ban the use of the word. If you watch it, it is all political punditry and whining about Trump. It has lost a lot of credibility as an unbiased news source.

No source? I wonder why?

CNN network’s performance on weekends was strong in November 2017. CNN ranked No. 1 in cable news every hour on Sundays from 1 – 8 p.m., 9 p.m.- midnight and 3-5 a.m.

Source

A new poll today from the conservative-leaning Rasmussen finds 40 percent of respondents think Fox News should get the Fake News Trophy.

Actually, CNN themselves realized FakeNews is being associated with them more and more, and so found researchers asking to ban the term. LOL

Trump tweets that the UK has a problem with Radial Islamic Terrorism. UK politicians respond saying that Trump should stop spreading hate and that the UK has a proud, open and tolerant society. Meanwhile there have been 4 terror attacks in 2017 alone and there are 23,000 jihadists living in the UK. And people wonder why Trump gets support.
Just don't mix that radial Islamic terrorism with crossply Islamic terrorism its very dangerous, especially in winter.

23000 Jihadists you say, blimey, I'll be sure to be scared to walk the streets and distrust brown faces then. I'll take 4 terror attacks against the 300+ mass shootings the US had (so far) this year.

Re: Will Trump be a Good President?

Probably fake news...

Edit;- picture not showing correctly, it is from ABC news and says Michael Flynn "is prepared to testify...against Pres. Trump, against members of the Trump family, and others in the White House,"!
