Re: Will Trump be a Good President?

Host Savannah Guthrie asked him: "You stand by everything in the book? Nothing made up?"

He responded: "Absolutely everything in the book."

Shortly after, he expanded, saying: "I am certainly and absolutely, in every way, comfortable with everything I've reported in this book."

The Fake News Media barely mentions the fact that the Stock Market just hit another New Record and that business in the U.S. is booming...but the people know! Can you imagine if “O” was president and had these numbers - would be biggest story on earth! Dow now over 25,000.
According to this chart the Stock Market grew more under Obama (33%) in his first year than Trump (27%)
If the chart picture is too small then the source is here.

Michael Wolff is a total loser who made up stories in order to sell this really boring and untruthful book.
He used Sloppy Steve Bannon, who cried when he got fired and begged for his job.
Now Sloppy Steve has been dumped like a dog by almost everyone. Too bad!
Such tweets only reinforce the picture of Trump painted by this book. Sad!

A lot of funny comments in the Amazon customer reviews, you will find them down at the bottom of this page.

Many reviews talk to the theme that Trump should not have tried to stop publication, for example;
"I am not a phony billionaire. I am a genuine hourly worker who can afford $15 to show Trump that he can't order a book out of publication in America. Also, I'm a voter."

Nice try darling:

This is what he actually says:

"Many of the accounts of what has happened in the Trump White House are in conflict with one another; many, in Trumpian fashion, are baldly untrue. These conflicts, and that looseness with the truth, if not with reality itself, are an elemental thread of the book.

"Sometimes I have let the players offer their versions, in turn allowing the reader to judge them. In other instances I have, through a consistency in the accounts and through sources I have come to trust, settled on a version of events I believe to be true."

Wolff doesn't say every account in the book is true because his book is not a judgement on what goes on in the White House; its an anthology of accounts from people that are in the White House.

When a book riles up the trumpian swamp this badly, its definitely true.

Brb, I'm getting my popcorn.
Looks like Trump already burned down Bannon, the author and the book.

This is why Trump keeps on winning. Allegations and false narratives formulated agains him are very low quality.

This book is apparently a Bannonist view of the White House, as Bannon is the main point of contact and it appears timed to be released for a Bannon eclipse of Trump. Except a funny thing happened along the way, Roy Moore lost and Bannon ended up in the wilderness.

This book should be classified in some kind of Political parody of sub-non-fiction section. The only thing that might be true about it is those were probably rumours, whispers and gossip going around.

On with MAGA! Trump won this again.

Wait, so the guy wrote a book about rumours and hearsays swirling around Trump, which he can't be sure are true?

The author of the explosive new Trump book says he can't be sure if parts of it are true

So they have basically published a Fake Book?

WTF, it is no wonder people are as stupid as they are.
Looks like you really have found fake news

I had my early doubts with Trump and took me a while to get use to the chaos. I thought he was only just randomly floundering around. And then I realized he has a method to his madness (whether genius or insanity). Through these, and apparently throughout his whole career, he's always been able to advance his agenda and accomplishment through a kind of gift of calmness in the midst of chaos.

I'm not just simply fanboying about Trump, I find it very amusing and entertaining how some are not able to grasp what is going on here today, and resort to a kind of social media derangement about it all. In the meantime, I've learned it is not safe to bet against Trump.

In regards to this book, he pretty much nailed the whole thing already on his very first statement. It just takes time for people to catch up and realize he is actually on top and way ahead of it all.:
"Steve pretends to be at war with the media, which he calls the opposition party, yet he spent his time at the White House leaking false information to the media to make himself seem far more important than he was. It is the only thing he does well. Steve was rarely in a one-on-one meeting with me and only pretends to have had influence to fool a few people with no access and no clue, whom he helped write phony books."

Phenomenal and amazing, and I am not easily impressed. This book is a Bannon world view which Sloppy Steve hoped he could leverage. It is not really going to make any impact.

This is not fake news. It's satire (can someone please explain the difference to Phos?)

Naw, the book is not satire, its a collection of hearsay, whispers and gossip. It does not belong in the Non-fiction section. It is more like Political Pseudo-non-fiction.

LOL, I misread that totally, thought it was some kind of Trump tweet. (Wouldn't be unusual for him to say he read the audiobook) until I clicked the link.

Re: Will Trump be a Good President?

Iran's foreign minister, Javad Zari, mocked the U.S. on Friday, describing as a "blunder" the Trump administration's call for an emergency United Nations Security Council (UNSC) meeting on Iranian anti-government protests.

Quote:
Javad Zarif‏@JZarif

The UNSC rebuffed the US' naked attempt to hijack its mandate.
Majority emphasized the need to fully implement the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (known commonly as the Iran deal or Iran nuclear deal) and to refrain from interfering in internal affairs of others.
Another Foreign Policy blunder for the Trump administration.
Iran's statement: http://goo.gl/CE84yi
It is against the UN mandate to interfere in the internal affairs of countries, surprising the US made such a dumb request in the first place!

The request also gave the UN a public platform to support the Iran nuclear deal which Trump is trying to weasel out of

Oh ye of little understanding, that speaks of a globalist faction within the administration, not Trump.

I think you'll only see Breitbart turn on Trump when Trump turns on his own campaign promises. I would go against Trump if and when he starts sounding like a Democrat, which may happen sometime this year.
A Breitbart editor blasted a tweet from President Trump attacking his former chief strategist and current Breitbart chairman Steve Bannon, calling the post "outrageous."

"This is outrageous even by POTUS standards," Breitbart London editor-in-chief Raheem Kassam tweeted late Friday, responding to a tweet from Trump that went after "Sloppy Steve Bannon."
