| | Re: Will Trump be a Good President? | Quote: | | | | | @realDonaldTrump Just hit 50% in the Rasmussen Poll, much higher than President Obama at same point. With all of the phony stories and Fake News, it’s hard to believe! Thank you America, we are doing Great Things. | | | | | From Rasmussen themselves | Quote: | | | | When tracking President Trump’s job approval on a daily basis, people sometimes get so caught up in the day-to-day fluctuations that they miss the bigger picture. To look at the longer-term trends, Rasmussen Reports compiles the numbers on a full-month basis.
The president earned a monthly job approval of 46% in March, down two points from February. | | | | | On the daily poll, President Obama at same point had 49% approval so it all depends how you define "much higher"! Sad. Source |

Stop flaming. Post something constructive or take a holiday.

You can view all his posts on his profile. To save you the trouble, about 95% of them are in this thread or the "All about Muslims" thread, with a few trolling posts wherever else guns, Trump and/or immigration are mentioned.

Russia and China are playing the Currency Devaluation game as the U.S. keeps raising interest rates. Not acceptable!
5:31 AM - 16 Apr 2018 | | | | | Just last Friday, the US Treasury Department published a report saying that no US trading partner is manipulating its exchange rate.
Since Trump took office, the dollar has weakened substantially against other currencies such as the Chinese yuan.
And the ruble has plummeted only in recent weeks because of sanctions against Russia by the United States. Source
This situation is past being funny or shocking
I really do wonder if Trump is becoming mentally challenged |

Interesting how statistics about members are published and linked on here.
To make the bridge back to Trump: Imagine he would only tweet about McDonalds, crowd-sizes at his speeches, tv programs (does he have any other real interests?) .... the world would be a lot calmer just now.

Continuous trolling (designed to provoke a reaction) is another. I don't believe KK has any particular interest in Trump, the USA, or Muslims (well, maybe the latter—I think he genuinely dislikes them). He just posts on those issues to inflame, because he knows they are incendiary topics.
There's no secret squirrel with personal data on members' posting habits. A list of posts, thanks, groans, etc. for every member is available for all to see on their profile page.

U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley announced that the U.S. Treasury plans to issue additional sanctions on Russia following the suspected chemical weapons attack in Syria last week. On Sunday morning, Haley stated that sanctions against Moscow will "be coming down" on Monday.
Now Trump has reportedly put a stop to plans to impose additional sanctions on Russia.
No doubt for good reasons Source

As Sean Hannity railed against the FBI raids last week on Trump's lawyer Cohen, the Fox News host did not disclose that his own communications with Cohen might have been seized or that he had a personal interest.
Cohen revealed in Court today that Sean Hannity is one of his three clients. Source
It was also revealed in Court the FBI has already obtained search warrants — covert until this point — on multiple different email accounts maintained by Cohen. Source
We now have the interesting spectacle that Trump's lawyers are fighting in Court with lawyers from Trump's own DOJ over access to seized Cohen's materials.

China's Commerce Ministry said that starting Wednesday, customs officers will charge importers a fee of about 179% on US shipments of sorghum Source
The United States is the leading producer of sorghum globally & the largest supplier of sorghum to China. In 2015-16, the United States exported 7.034 million tonnes of sorghum to China. Second largest was Mexico, far behind at 625,000 tonnes.
This is clearly aimed at US farmers who are Trump supporters and the first test of Trump's promise that farmers will not suffer due to Trump starting a tariff conflict/negotiation with China.
And a present to Mexico who have the capacity to grow far more sorghum.

US Supreme Court today invalidated a provision of federal law that requires the mandatory deportation of immigrants who have been convicted of some crimes, holding that the law is unconstitutionally vague.
Trump's appointee Justice Neil Gorsuch joined with the more liberal justices for the first time since joining the court to produce a 5-4 majority invalidating the federal statute. Source
Standby for tweets!
Meanwhile Karma | Quote: | | | | "Every 5-4 decision is because of me," Trump told the Washington Examiner in an interview published Monday (May 1. 2017), saying that his nomination of Neil Gorsuch to the high court had likely swung the bench to the right for decades. | | | | | |
