NYT: Cohen [Trump's attorney at the time] taped Trump on payment to ex-Playboy model

Source

I am sure it was a very innocent conversation

EDIT; Stormy Daniels's attorney Michael Avenatti said Michael Cohen has several audio recordings of President Trump discussing women who have come forward after allegedly having affairs with Trump.

Mr. Cohen better has lots and lots of money to get him through life as he will never be able to work again.

Not just the US; any place that has political parties opposed to each other. Cohen would have no problem finding work with a Democrat think tank, for example. And he'd make a fortune on the lecture circuit.

And if that fails, he can probably become an agent for adult entertainers... He certainly has a rolodex full of contacts.

There's a great, rather clever hashtag trending at the moment on Twitter.

Indeed it would, and of course that's what the hashtag is. My mistake... Atypical 22 yards!

I'm going to edit my post.

Most estimates of his net worth are over $10 million so he will not be visiting the soup kitchen for a while.

Client attorney privilege only applies to past crimes.
Anybody daft enough to call his lawyer and discuss future actions (criminal or not) is not protected by Client attorney privilege

The NFL National Anthem Debate is alive and well again - can’t believe it! Isn’t it in contract that players must stand at attention, hand on heart? The $40,000,000 Commissioner must now make a stand. First time kneeling, out for game. Second time kneeling, out for season/no pay!
If this is so important for Trump why does he not make a law that everybody must stand at attention - currently it is optional!

That would be a tad dictatorial, I bet he would love to make it so.

Re: Will Trump be a Good President?

What really happened in Helsinki:

Quote:
Trump: Thank you! Then that’s settled! Hold on. I forget, what was I giving you? Alaska’s going to be hard. Let me think. Leave it with me. I’m smart. I’ll figure it … hold on — [looks at the translators] why are they here? Can they go?

Putin: Well, can you speak Russian?

Trump: I’m very smart. I can’t see any reason I couldn’t.

Putin: Very well, let us dismiss them.

[The translators depart. Mr. Putin speaks for a while in Russian.]

Trump: [stares for some minutes] Interesting ideas. I agree.

Re: Will Trump be a Good President?

@realDonaldTrump

I got severely criticized by the Fake News Media for being too nice to President Putin. In the Old Days they would call it Diplomacy. If I was loud & vicious, I would have been criticized for being too tough. Remember when they said I was too tough with Chairman Kim? Hypocrites!
