nothing to do with being a conservative, nothing to do with being spanky approved.
Someone nominated to a lifetime role who cannot be removed has been accused of a serious attack, he has everything to gain by lying about it, his accuser has very much to lose by telling the truth. the choices as I see it are
1. Ignore her
2. Say the stakes are too high, lets take a break, delay the nomination and investigate, if the accusations are groundless we only lost some time.
If you can make a case for option #1 that doesn't come down to 'we don't care about right and wrong we just want to get our guy in' then lets hear it. Sadly the GOP have given up even the pretence of doing the right thing. | | | | | Well should be no problem. If a pussy grabber can be president then a potential rapist can be a judge. No problem here as far as I can see.

| | Re: Will Trump be a Good President? | Quote: | | | | | | | | | | | Quote: | | | | The reason most people who take exception to Trump is because he's largely useless, antagonistic and overwhelmed by a job he clearly didn't think he'd win. If he manages to pull something out of the bag occasionally, isn't that a good thing?
Learning on the job! Give the man a biscuit. | | | | | | Quote: | | | | What has Trump got to do with it? This was a summit between the leaders of the two Koreas...Is Captain Toadstool claiming credit for this too?
Anyway, he promised Toady he'd disarm, then didn't. He's promised Moon he will now - I wouldn't hold my breath.
N.B. - The deal includes the provision that if NK abandon their nuclear programme, the US must take "Reciprocal Measures" - I suspect this is less likely to be US nuclear disarmament, and more likely removal of US Troops from the Korean Peninsula, which of course also won't happen. | | | | | | Quote: | | | | dog - pony - show
This isn't the first time NK has talked about denuclearisation, won't be the last. NK is a nuclear state, that not going to change, why would Kim ever give them up when it's the only reason anyone talks seriously with him?. | | | | | | Quote: | | | | | A plan has dates matched to deliverables; look forward to this plan! | | | | | | Quote: | | | | | The US, including Trump, keep talking about denuclearisation of the “North” while the N. Koreans keep taking about the denuclearisation of the Korean Peninsula.
C’est pas la même chose, n’est pas? | | | | | Lol.

Law of unintended consequences strikes again! | Quote: | | | | Alibaba founder Jack Ma, who once boasted his e-commerce firm would spur the creation of one million jobs in America, has rowed back on those plans.
Citing the ongoing trade war between the US and China, Mr Ma told China's Xinhua news agency: "There is no way to complete the promise."
In January 2017, Mr Ma met with US President Donald Trump, outlining a plan to increase Alibaba's presence in America and strengthen relations between the two countries. | | | | | Source
How realistic the original promise of 1 million jobs was is a good question!

your point was that the only grounds for complaint is that he is " conservative and Trump approved" now you are trying to deny it after I proved you wrong by presenting a legitimate reason to object to him. | Quote: | | | | | Lol. | | | | | good chat.

The mob has found him guilty. | | | | | | Quote: | | | | | Sure, have an investigation then, but don't condemn the man until there is more credible evidence or until he's been found guilty. | | | | | |

Isn't it just enough that Kavanaugh is bit of an all-round c**t, who thinks The Handmaid's Tale is a guideline rather than a work of fiction?

I want to know, where is the money for Border Security and the WALL in this ridiculous Spending Bill, and where will it come from after the Midterms?
Dems are obstructing Law Enforcement and Border Security.
REPUBLICANS MUST FINALLY GET TOUGH! | | | | | Petulant!
"where will it come from after the Midterms?" Seems Trump does not believe his own red wave propaganda?
Weird country the US. Trump was able to magic up $100 Billion to compensate farmers hurt by his trade tariffs but cannot find a few Billions for his wall |

Trump has build a virtual one with tariffs. No import of material =no production = no jobs = no illegal mapower as - let's face it - who wants to be unemployed in the US? Of all places?
Loz, what's up, how come you didn't notice that yet? |

That's the thing with the short-cut: It doesn't always work.

I'm almost done with Bob Woodwards book and I need a physio for the amount of headshaking I've been doing, it paints a very dire picture, spanky doesn't come downstairs till 10, sometimes 11.30 to start work. He holds meetings surrounded by experts in the field who try to explain the reality of what it being discussed, and refuses to believe the facts. His staff is run ragged trying to look after the man baby. However, three surprises were, an apparent genuine concern for families of fallen military to the point of making up stuff in their war record that would comfort the familes ("It says here in his report howmuch he was loved in his troop") a genuine affection between he and Melania and he actually reads newspapers.
It doesn't balance out the horrific person he is though.
