Brandon Judd of the National Border Patrol Council is right when he says on @foxandfriends that the Democrat inspired laws make it tough for us to stop people at the Border.

The New York AG has alleged that the Foundation’s board had not met for years, and that the “investigation found that the Foundation operated without any oversight by a functioning board of directors.
Decisions concerning the administration of the charitable assets entrusted to the care of the Foundation were made without adequate consideration or oversight and resulted in the misuse of charitable assets for the benefit of Donald J. Trump.”
The board of the Foundation was totally missing in action, to the point that individuals listed as members did not know they held that role.
With no functioning board, Donald Trump was able to personally direct the Foundation’s activities and appears to have used it as another source of funds to support his personal interests and presidential campaign. | | | | | It's crazy to me how many threads there are to pull in different directions simultaneously with the president, his administration, and his family.
I know that all of the presidents in my lifetime have had their flaws and policies that I disagree with, but with Trump it seems like every week is a new issue that would have ended any other politicians career, yet he just keeps crashing from one to the next.

| | Re: Will Trump be a Good President? | Quote: | | | | | The New York attorney general's office and lawyers for President Donald Trump's charitable foundation are set to face off in court today over the state's civil lawsuit that alleges the charity violated campaign finance laws and abused its tax-free status.
The suit alleges that the Donald J. Trump Foundation and its directors -- including Trump, his sons Eric and Donald Jr. and his daughter Ivanka -- violated federal and state charities law.
The investigation that led to the lawsuit found that the Board existed in name only and did not meet at any point after 1999. | | | | | A New York judge said today that she would not entertain arguments that political bias was behind a lawsuit alleging the president unlawfully used his personal charity to help his 2016 campaign and to benefit his businesses.
“The allegations are what they are. Until you deny them I accept them,” the judge said. Source
Looks like this will run for a while.

He actually started with CNN back in the day when it was new, and spent almost 30 years with them. He's anti-immigration, anti- free trade, anti- gun regulations and pro-Trump. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lou_Dobbs | The following 3 users would like to thank 3Wishes for this useful post: | |

MUST BE CHANDED, but I am bringing out the military for this National Emergency. They will be stopped! | | | | | The Pentagon is bigly responding to Trump's request!
Defense Secretary James Mattis is expected to sign deployment orders as soon as Thursday that could send 800 or more troops to the border with Mexico.
This deployment is separate from an ongoing National Guard effort along the border to support border authorities with technical assistance.
That mission has approximately 4,000 personnel authorized but only 2,100 are currently in place according to the Pentagon. Source
Officials emphasize because the troops are there to support civil authorities, it is not expected they will come into any regular contact with migrants.
If the troops carry arms, it will be solely for self-defense.
What a waste of time
The officials do not want to deploy many troops because they have no idea what duties to give them; mostly they do stuff like shovelling out the Border Patrol stables |
