He gets his statistics from Hannity of Fox News and they are, of course, wrong.

To give you an idea of the numbers in the year to March, 31, 2015 the 9th Circuit heard ca. 12,000 cases. The Supreme Court selected just 11 cases from the 9th Circuit in 2015, reversing eight; so not such a vast number!

The 9th Circuit never had the highest reversal rate in any individual term between 2004-15. Anyway the numbers heard by the Supreme Court are such a tiny, tiny part of the annual 9th Court case load (0.01%) that no conclusion can be drawn about the reversal rate.

You also have to remember the Supreme Court only select cases to hear where there is a strong chance of reversal; they are not a rubber stamp!

Attorney Michael Avenatti (Stormy's lawyer) was arrested on a felony domestic violence charge last week after his girlfriend told police he abused her at his Los Angeles apartment following an argument.
The Los Angeles district attorney declined to prosecute Avenatti on felony domestic abuse charges on Wednesday.

But Kashoggi didn't feel safe enough to return home. Because he felt threatened by his own state. How can there be a safehouse that is instated by the very same state?

IMHO the outrage is caused by the the fact that this was dragged into broad daylight and, by that, the murder was effectivly comitted in broad daylight.

Stupid Saudis, should have murdered the guy clandestinely as is the custom. "Schwamm drüber" (water under the bridge is close but doesn't really cut it because a [wet] sponge also erases [a blackboard]).
