Re: Will Trump be a Good President?

I'm genuinely surprised that people still spend their energy debating at such length with Phos despite knowing full well for a long time now how he thinks and how his mindset will never change. I mean, if you all have nothing better to do with your time than respond to things you know deep down are bordering on complete lunacy then fine... knock yourselves out. Unless of course, it's some kind of perverse forum self-flagellation to atone for some previous sins that only you are aware of...

Re: Will Trump be a Good President?

Some portions of the classified section of the US intelligence report into election interference appear to be "leaking" out:

http://europe.newsweek.com/donald-tr...b-541315?rm=eu

If this carries on, there is a risk that it will detract from the dignity and seriousness of the leadership transition in the US ( snigger).

Actually it is a sad confession that I do not have anything better to do and am slowly getting cabin fever.

If you are going to do that, I wish you would post something more rational and conversational. The imaginative stuff may be fine for you, but perhaps those are conversation you ought to work out in our head first.

LOL!

Problem is the dignity and seriousness of the leadership transition in the US has already been compromised by pussy grabbing, inane tweets and confusing public statements.
Whether these allegations are true or not I sadly believe they will have no impact on the great showman or his career.

We will have to rewrite MAGA as MASA but only the rest of the world will see it that way

I have to say, the Russians have shown amazing foresight in picking Trump as their Manchurian candidate, when nobody thought he had a snowball's chance in hell of making it past the primaries.

Or in German:
Ist der Ruf erst mal ruiniert, lebt es sich ganz ungeniert.
(Once the reputation is smashed, live on totally unabashed)
or in the above case.
Ist der Ruf erst mal ruiniert, machts auch nichts wenn man auf dich uriniert.

Prepare the ground now - it's going to need to look convincing.
It's an old pattern. Trump said the elections are rigged for a reason, but of course now that he's won nobody cares any more.

Here, you probably only believe what's in the Guardian. There is no Commission on Vaccine Safety:
Trump team denies new vaccination commission after Kennedy claims post

I hope you didn't lose any sleep on it.
Ah, so it's a "Commission on Autism" now is it? Which beggars the question; what business does a vociferous vaccine-denier have at a discussion on "autism", unless it is to promote his own vaccine-autism views (which have been mirrored by Trump himself)?
Why specifically autism for that matter? Why not depression, or bi-polar disorder? Or any multitude of devastating mental health issues?

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has been branding himself as a progressive environmentalist. He's into protecting rivers. He was recently trying to use his family name to draw attention to the Dakota Access Pipeline issue. He's branding himself as someone who is combatting lead poisoning, and how it causes autism and retardation in children.

Apparently, someone caught his ear of how their children suffered injury after vaccinations. When he attempted to investigate, the CDC stonewalled him, and hid the science from him. So he's been on this tip after a CDC/Corporate Pharma collusion that is recklessly endangering children.

I'm not sure why Trump is entertaining this guy, apart maybe because of his family name. I don't know what evidence he has. But probably just to keep him busy and give him a role in life, it seem he was given a nod to look into lead poisoning issues. But no, Trump hasn't sent him to stop vaccinations. :roll eyes:

Mind you, facts are not always as sensational and entertaining as imagination.

What a load of total bollocks. The CDC hid the science on vaccinations from Kennedy? How the hell did they manage to hide thousands of peer-reviewed publications, all conclusively debunking the life-endangering Wakefield crap and all in the public domain, from him? Can he not read? Does he know nobody who can read? More total bullshit from you, Phos.

Any other troll would have been banned from EF by now. Obviously, though, this can't be my call, given my involvement in this thread.

No, with you, as you blindly repeat all the garbage you hear, without an ounce of fact-checking.

Your full of crap 22 yards. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. blogged about his rationale for his vaccine issue, and his experience getting stonewalled by CDC. I didn't even know anything about this until you folks raised alarmed it.

Presumably Trump needs a commission to tell him that autism has primarily genetic causes (which nothing short of CRISPR -- or perhaps selective breeding, Mengele-style, could affect), with some environmental influences such as contracting rubella -- ironically, totally preventable through vaccination -- also suspected. The volumes of science out there aren't enough, Trump needs a commission to get to the truth. I wouldn't hold my breath, though.

Next: the Commission on the Orbit of the Earth around the Sun.

Oh, Kennedy cried (to use your puerile term) because he didn't get spoonfed the information he required? Children in primary school are taught to research to find data -- and to analyse it objectively. Perhaps Kennedy and Trump need to return to 5th class.

*you're, by the way. 3rd class spelling. You're welcome.

This is Robert F. Kennedy's blog on mercury in vaccines:

Write to him if you want. I don't actually care about this.
