A US judge revealed today that some of the alleged Campaign finance violations revealed by Trump's ex lawyer Cohen are still being investigated and there are subjects of this investigation who have not yet been indicted!

I guess the report of Jeff Bezos hitting back at attempted blackmail by the owners of the National Enquirer belongs in this thread.

Good on him. Brave decision, and one which I hope brings Pecker down once and for all.

On a side note, I'm amused to see that Bezos went to the trouble of X-ing out ("917 XXX-XXXX") the cell phone number of the AMI Chief Content officer who emailed the blackmail demand to him... but left the email signature graphic, including the sender's cell phone number, unadulterated...

Was that deliberate?

Aye, well done Bezos, Pecker is reportedly 'apoplectic'. I was reading some analysis on this, theres a lot more to it, the non-prosecution deal AMI has with the Feds is contingent on no crimes being commited, if Bezos investigators turn up evidence that AMI obtained his texts and photos illegally then the deal ends, and even better, the Feds then get to use whatever evidence AMI already provided to prosecute them. 3D chess from Bezos, maybe Pecker will be able to reach another deal for providing the Feds inside info on MBS talking about his murder of Khashoggi, now that would be good.

Incredible how many people within Spanky's orbit have been jailed, found guilty or indicted and likely with more indictments to come.

Reminds me how the former FBI director James Comey likened the president to a mafia boss in his book.

In response Cliff Sims released a series of photographs of him together with Spanky.
We have been around this non-disclosure agreement loop before. Basically White House employees are Federal employees not Trump employees so any Federal non-disclosure agreement they sign is about not releasing any Govt. classified information. It is probably not allowed for Federal employees to sign NDA's with clauses protecting Trump, anyway time will tell......

Trump organisation has filed for arbitration against Cliff Sims using an NDA he signed when he was with the Trump campaign.
He has filed a counter law suit presumably claiming the campaign NDA does not cover his later stint as a Federal employee in the White House.

Spanky made multiple claims about the size of Beto O'Rourkes rally held at the same time ranging from 15 to 300 people. Bloomberg estimates 11000-12000

Honestly these aren't even good lies he's telling, he's lying by orders of magnitude.

Numbers are not really relevant, Trump's campaign bus people in who are paid to wave and shout.

and given preprinted signs to wave, latest is 'Finish the Wall' I presume next will be 'Invisible Wall Finished' but his base will buy it. 'A beautiful powerful wall and we made it invisible so as not to spoil the view, some said it couldn't be done, probably Democrats, not all, but most of them but we did it.'

part of me feels a bit sorry for them, they think they have a hero, but he's just feeding off them.
