Breaking news: Avenatti Charged with attempting to extort more than $20 million from Nike... https://www.nytimes.com/2019/03/25/s...tion-nike.html http://www.realclearlife.com/daily-b...-million-nike/
Wow! And he was such a reliable source re Kavanaugh notwithstanding a one-time democratic hopeful (in his own mind that is!) The term "Sleazy Porn Lawyer" makes some sense now. What a degenerate on all levels! And the timing?

| | Re: Will Trump be a Good President? | Quote: | | | | | | | | | | In the well known case of Martha Stewart; she was not found guilty of any crime but found guilty of conspiracy, obstruction of justice, and two counts of making false statements to a federal investigator.
Thinking about the situation it does not make much sense that Barr decided not to prosecute over obstruction of justice so soon after Mueller reported "While this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him."
It might well be that Mueller had decided that the President committed a crime but his boss Barr blocked him from reporting that. In this case the truth will likely emerge soon!

This is a bipartisan issue. Investigate both the GOP and the DNC and why not, throw AIPAC in there as well. The results would be shocking and would require a complete reboot of Washingtin D.C. I'm all for it.
A special investigation would be needed just for the State of California. The corruption there runs so deep they dont even bother to hide it anymore. Its like an open book for all to read.
Equality. I'm all for it.

Desperate much? | | | | | It's quite clear from the report that there is absolutely no evidence that Smollett staged the attack.
But you have to read past the headline to get to that bit, so...

And btw, he still did it, despite his lawyers saying there's no evidence.

Oh Lolz, you crack me up! Were you there? Were you one of the men paid to fake the attack?
Speaking of desperation... It must be sad to see your claims of intellectual superiority unravel so comprehensively.

Do you believe he didn't do it? Or do you really think this is comparable to the Mueller investigation?

What's important is that a judge ruled that there's no case to answer, which leaves Smollett innocent and you and Trump looking foolish. Again.
