It must be his accent that blinds republicans from seeing this guy is gay (don't they hate gays and want to strip them of equal rights?), even if he says it as loudly as possible. Or he's the token.

what? hes a gay jew that exclusively sucks black dick (in his own words). berkeley was the last stop on his "dangerous faggot" college campus tour. often in drag.

or in the mainstream media's words: the white nationalist nazi hitler spokesman of the homophobic (alt)right

The first person to wish me Happy Christmas and again, Happy New year, was another of my gay Muslim friends and former colleague. He's always been very open about his sexuality, and the only time his Imam felt the need to 'draw the line' was when my friend wanted to buy a pet mini pig called Lola, and take her to the mosque wearing a black biker jacket with 'Jesus Saves' written in studs on the back.
"The ONLY time the Imam felt the need to 'draw the line'"

You have one hell of an imagination.

Anyways, this thread shouldn't turn into a Muslim thread, there's plenty enough of them already. The point I was trying to make was related to this comment by the OP:

The latest shooting in Quebec City showed us yet again how dangerous the alt-right and white supremacist ideologies can be.
And the video I posted shows a self proclaimed member of the 'alt-right' specifically denouncing white supremacist ideologies. And he was denied speaking at a university campus by violent people waving placards like this.

Now who is distorting? And who is more dangerous?

He's a bit too chemtrails for my liking. "These guys in black were probably organised by Steve Bannon".

Also at the beginning he referred to Trump's "Muslim ban". There is no Muslim ban.

Trump calls the EO a ban. It's on muslims. Thus it's a mulsim ban, or ban on muslims if you insist.

No one says it's a ban on all muslims

Which btw makes it all the more stupid.

I'm not lying. That is fact! My friend's Imam actually said "I love you like a brother, but you are not bringing a pet pig into the mosque!" That's my friend's sense of humour. He knows everyone's 'buttons' and likes to press them once in a while. I thought you would empathise.

That's my real life experience with gay Muslims and how they are accepted within their families and faith in the UK. When I read and hear what the alt-right say, and change 'Muslim' for 'Jew'...

Not a Muslim ban.
Its just a 90 day moratorium until they implement a vetting process satisfactory enough for the administration.

Interestingly, a number of Muslim voices and organisations are beginning to speak out in support of Trump's EO. I'm so happy to hear some Muslims have the logic, integrity, sanity and honesty to acknowledge it is in their best interest to screen out would be Islamic Extremist terrorists. They are, afterall, often its first victims.

Meanwhile, all these SJWs are purportedly outraged on behalf of Muslims. :roll eyes: One has to wonder how many honest and sane Muslims are in their midst. Looking at most of the SJW protestors, I see what appears to be mostly white pencil necked geeks and psycho feminists. Who gave them the sole right and privilege to represent all Muslim interests?

This is why I don't trust identity politics. It comes off as a farce purported to be feelings of being offended on behalf of someone other. There is something not quite right about it.

Then there's a friend's son who converted to Islam, and to be quite honest, he comes out with some horrible crap. I've taken him to task several times over it and refused him entry into my home.
You really should learn to be more tolereant Blueangel. Islamophobia is not cool

So Loz, I'd like to ask you your own question... Who is distorting? And who is more dangerous? Milo or the Conservatives who have disinvited him and Breibart employees who are refusing to work with him?

Here is a really insightful article on 4chan, the seedbed of the alt-right:

https://medium.com/@DaleBeran/4chan-...8cb#.5dh42vgeh

Shows why they are such a sad bunch with no agenda, apart from destroying people and structures for "fun" and to briefly reduce their own feelings of inadequacy.

Thanks. It's a sometimes confusing read, but a fair insight into a subculture I've only happened upon on rare occassions. I know one of my exs will be fully aware of this community, but then again, he's the kind of person who lost 2yrs of his life to WoW when his fiance dumped him.

There is no point. I merely asked a question. The Berkeley students were damned by some for their protest, but now we have a mainstream Conservative body rescinding their invitation. Are you prepared to damn them in the same way and for the same reason?

You still don't make any sense. Do you want to go back in time and ban him from speaking at an event for something that he said/came to light after the event took place?

I'll rephrase it for you...

In light of recent information r.e. Milo's views, do you feel that the American Conservative Union have made the right decision in rescinding his invitation to speak at CPAC 2017?

It's up to them who they invite or don't invite.
