Re: Reports of shots outside UK Parliament

Why is the english cross flag obscene?

I do not understand what is obscene, are people too stupid that they cannot separate a flag from politics, or is everyone so afraid of being associated with extreme political movements?

To me what is disgusting is those scrawny antifa idiots burning flags, with iphones on their pockets and overpriced iced coffee in their hands..... meanwhile hundreds of people die each year trying to reach the shores of europe... disgusting.

Not necessarily, the last terrorist murder in the UK was committed by an extreme right winger. The far right and these morons with a perverted version of Islam are 2 boils on the same backside.

I do not entirely undersnt the boils on the backside thing.... but i hope that we can agree that the extreme left is fueling the their version of islam, by constantly victimizing them and not opposing any of their ideas.

I have seen different English Homosexuals being booed off stages or interrupted by the moderators because they want to call out how the increase of islam in the UK is making them feel.... i dont think they like the idea of measuring headfirst how tall is the "tallest tower the eye can see".

If it's Milo Yiannopoulos you're talking about, the Muslims will have to get to the back of the queue to push him off a tall building.

That video is at least 20 years old, Di died in 1997 (she's mentioned here).

Your life (your persona on here, at least) is nothing but one big and neverending pissing contest.

What exactly is your problem!

I don’t see what the problem is?

Peter the gay man brought up some inconvenient facts and figures about Muslims but the Islamic apologist replied that Peter talks drivel and everyone clapped.

I'm convinced Peter is just an Islamophobe.

Pissing contest? i am not exactly sure i know what you mean, you are gonna have to be more direct and clear.

My problem? Am i not allowed to answer in the same spirit that some people reply? If i do have a problem, it would be that a very scary set of ideas and double standards have being pumped into us for a long time... i used to be believe that the jews were total savages in the conflicts againsts the islamists... i even got into an argument with a jew friend of mine... i just did not realize how wrong i was.....

I also have a problem with the reaction of one of my work friends, he asked me if i wanted to go to the Zurich-fest or however it is called, and i said i dont feel like going because of everything that is happened lately AND HE CALLED ME AN ISLAMOPHOBE!!!!!!!!!!

HE CALLED ME AN ISLAMOPHOBE!!!!!!!!!!
What's wrong with that? I don't like Islam very much. In my opinion it's a terribly misguided heretical offshoot of the Eastern Church with a bizarre myth cycle attached that misappropriates half-remembered and ill-digested tales from every other religion in the Levant, plus a flying horse.

But that's neither here nor there. I believe in a man who died and came back three days later, so who am I to call anyone else out on his religion? The point is that people have a right to be wrong. People have a right to believe foolish things. People have a right to hold odious opinions.

People do not, on the other hand, have the right to murder strangers, or mutilate their daughters, or beat their wives.

Fortunately, in countries like the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we have laws against those things. The laws apply to everyone, whatever their religion, because even Christians and atheists and Buddhists and pagans murder strangers and mutilate their daughters and beat their wives from time to time.

But - for the time being at least - there is no law against being a gobshite, for believing that homosexuality should be punished by death, for thinking that infidels are lower than pigs in God's order of things. Even though I'm guilty of neither of the latter two, I'm still grateful that they are not against the law, because I don't believe the government has a right to tell people what to think and believe.

So I wouldn't care if someone called me an Islamophobe: I don't fear Islam - not in the slightest - but I don't like it very much. Nevertheless, I believe that Muslims have an inalienable right to believe in Islam and to practise it within the limits of the law.

Also, if there were no Muslims in Europe, we'd have no kebabs. So there's that, too.

Nice reducing an entire culture to street food.... By the way if it wasnt for the nazis we would not have seatbelts, jet propulsion, and even some anatomical data would be lost.... does that mean that Nazis are ok?

An interesting response.

More revealing than, perhaps, you realise.

Thank you.
