ID chip in the hand

Now in Sweden they are putting an ID chip implant under the skin in the hand. The digital Revolution is making people crazy. So now they dont steal your credit Card they just cut off your hand!

See, when you post stuff like this, a clickbait news headline with a completely unconnected link to a German language news site's main page, this is why you get the red blobs you've been complaining about.

If you really want to discuss something, try providing a proper English language link to it as a starting point.

Oh, and you might give sine more thought to the forum you post in so the mods don't need to move your thread.

Nothing new tho, Baja Beach clubs in the Netherlands and Spain already offered to implant RFID chips in the arms of their guests during 2004, and used RFID as payment option. (Was a good and popular deal also, you paid 1.000,- and they implanted the chip which had already 1.500,- credit on it )

So, what would you do the second evening? Implant a second chip?

After such consumption I'd be taking a bedcover and drag myself to the toilet and find an acceptable position with my head in the pot, or ask the nurse what happened since I woke up in the hospital..

The other thing is, the link OP posted changes during the day. At the moment it is "Quallen-Alarm auf Mallora: Was sagen Urlauber?> (jellyfish-alarm - what do tourists have to say about it?). LOL.

The chip-news from Sweden are old news. The oldest a quick - very quick - google search came up with was from 2015. In German, so I won't link it

Yes, indeed, just as it usually is, whenever anyone else posts a wrong link, too.

A chip in my hand? No f*** way.

I've stalled to get a biometric passport until now. I'm forced to get one next month

Re: ID chip in the hand

Kaspersky is actively interested in the project. Oh goodie. Will Switzerland one day hold all your private information?

<<Marco Preuss, Leiter des europäischen Forschungs- und Entwicklungsteams, leitet das gemeinsame Forschungsprojekt mit dem Verein Bionyfiken.>>
'Marco Preuss, head of the European research and development team, runs the joint research-project with Bionyfiken association'

source (for Kapersky scroll down). Sorry, German. And old news - 2016.

Still, good thread omtatstat, one day you will learn to start them more appealingly

Re: ID chip in the hand

Why bother with a chip, why not just tattoo everyone with a QR code?

Seems the Germans tried something similar in the past.
