This should put the lid on Trump's games | Quote: | | | | Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf just announced that the Keystone state has certified its 2020 general election results.
In a twitter post Tuesday morning, Wolf confirmed he'd signed the certificate for Ascertainment that formally acknowledges the state's recognition of Biden winning the election.
This will now officially award the state’s 20 electoral votes to President-elect Joe Biden. | | | | | | The following 7 users would like to thank marton for this useful post:

Provided said senate allows for stimulus. | | | | | It‘s a long shot, but depending on the January 5 vote in Georgia, the senate may split 50-50. That could prove very interesting. But yeah, Someone needs to get off the pot there and generate some stimulus.

A liberal he ain't.

But yeah, it‘s a long shot.

Another nail in Trump's symbolic coffin.
"Appearing before the Nevada Supreme Court on Tuesday morning, Nevada Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske officially certified Nevada's 2020 general election results including Biden's win"
And sort of Trump-related | Quote: | | | | YouTube has suspended the pro-Trump One America News Network from posting new videos for a week, and the outlet has had its old content demonetized after uploading a video containing misinformation about the coronavirus. | | | | | | The following 2 users would like to thank marton for this useful post:

After Donald Duck pardoned the turkey his next plan is | Quote: | | | | President Donald Trump is expected to join his attorney Rudy Giuliani in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday, where Republican state lawmakers are holding a "hearing" on allegations of fraud in this month's election, two sources familiar with the plans told CNN. | | | | | It is rumoured that they are still trying to find a location convenient to a porn shop.
Seems all the legal cases have now collapsed.
The basic problem is that in the US lawyers are constrained in what they can assert by three major restrictions that apply to lawyers: professional ethics, rules of civil procedure, and rules of evidence.
In Trump’s case, this means his attorneys can only say in court the election was stolen if they know of actual, credible reports of systematic fraud.
Outside of court hearings they are no more constrained than anybody else other than a possible risk to their reputations.

Typical Donny one way loyalty | Quote: | | | | Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger on Wednesday lambasted President Donald Trump, saying that the commander in chief threw him under the bus although he voted for him.
"By all accounts, Georgia had a wildly successful and smooth election. We finally defeated voting lines and put behind us Fulton County's now notorious reputation for disastrous elections," Raffensperger wrote in a USA Today op-ed.
"This should be something for Georgians to celebrate, whether their favored presidential candidate won or lost.
For those wondering, mine lost -- my family voted for him, donated to him and are now being thrown under the bus by him." | | | | | Source
And as usual, Trump does not like to pay... | Quote: | | | | City officials in El Paso, Texas, this week said they would be hiring legal counsel in their fight to obtain more than half a million dollars owed by President Trump’s reelection campaign from a rally held in the city in February 2019. | | | | | Source |

A letter to the editor of the NYTs | Quote: | | | | To the Editor:
It looks as if Rudy Giuliani was on to something. There is now a growing body of evidence of a vast conspiracy to steal the election from President Trump. Officials at the Department of Homeland Security have confirmed that more than 80 million people conspired to steal the election by voting for Joe Biden.
An F.B.I. investigation has determined that planning for the conspiracy began nearly two years ago, and was organized by people at the highest levels inside the Democratic Party, including Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, Pete Buttigieg, Cory Booker, Amy Klobuchar and, of course, Kamala Harris and Joe Biden. The F.B.I. has video footage of large public recruitment events where these shameless leaders openly asked people to vote for them.
Even worse, these diabolical co-conspirators recruited over 73 million people to vote for President Trump, just to create the appearance of a free and fair election. And then — the coup de grâce — they had the audacity to enlist hundreds of election officials from all over the country, including many unwitting Republicans, to count all of the votes.
A conspiracy on this scale is unprecedented in the history of our country.

I watched Biden's Thanksgiving address from last night... So warm and sincere and full of compassion.
It will be so nice to have someone sane in the White House again. And someone who doesn't empower himself by diving the country and generating hatred.

Almost Friday | Quote: | | | | A donor has sued a pro-Trump group for $2.5 million over “empty promises” after he says it failed to prove voter fraud in the presidential election.
Fred Eshelman sued Houston-based True the Vote Inc., which promised to “investigate, litigate and expose suspected illegal balloting ad fraud in the 2020 general election,” Bloomberg reported.
Eshelman, founder of Eshelman Ventures LLC, claimed that he “regularly and repeatedly” asked for updates on the initiative but was met with “vague responses, platitudes, and empty promises.” | | | | | Source
Hope some donors sue Donny too.
