| | Re: Trump or Biden .Who you got? | Quote: | | | | | I am not justifing anything, just passing along info. I find it a bit funny tbh as we all saw this coming, long before Trump ever took office.
I believe it was somone like Lin Wood or Andy Gno who had identified the known Antifa and BLM people as being some of those smashing windows, breaking down doors, then staying in que and between the ropes as they "stormed" the building. Lol
When certain players keep showing up to certain events you tend to become known. Rumors that antifa was there happened BEFORE any of this happened. They, along with Trump himself, were the match for the Trumpers fuel. | | | | | Don't forget the Lizard people CD, tell 'em what Mr Wood said about the Lizard people.

I was curious what news I was going to wake up to find this morning... Glad to see that the Congressional Session was able to resume.
I just read that the objection to the Georgia electoral vote was dismissed because the Senators who had signed it and backed it ended up removing their signatures due to the events yesterday (the storming of the Capitol). Trump's behavior -- and the consequences of it -- bites him in the ass once again.
And with the objection to the Pennsylvania electoral vote, only 7 senators voted to sustain it -- so the majority of Republicans voted against it.
It sounds like more and members of the GOP are finally beginning to wake up.

| | Re: Trump or Biden .Who you got? | Quote: | | | | | The questions remains though, how does one mend this divided country?
Uncharted territories for Biden and in my view, not an easy one to govern. | | | | | It's a difficult task considering how fractured the country is. People who believe that because the Dems have won by a whisker that it will be the end of it are misguided. It all depends on how Joe Biden leads, if he makes moves to consider reach across the aisle then there's a chance things could improve.
People shouldn't be surprised by what happened yesterday, it's been a long time in coming. The media and Democrats worked every day to delegitimise Donald Trumo for four years based largely on lies, and that has now come to a head and President Trump has played right into their hands. The sheer hypocrisy over reporting of BLM, Antifa, protests against Brett Kavanaugh etc. compared to what happened yesterday will not have been lost on many, just stoking tensions further.

All he does is peddle conspiracy theories (5G weapons, Biden as a Chinese agent, COVID-19 as a "plandemic", etc, etc, etc). It's clear now too that he never wanted to win the Georgia runoffs as it doesn't fit with his personal narrative. Putting himself before everyone and everything has resulted in this outcome.

Instagram, which is owned by Facebook, also locked Trump’s account.
Twitter locked Trump out of his account for 12 hours and is requiring him to delete three tweets the company says violates its policies.
If he does not delete them, his account will remain suspended indefinitely, the company said in a public statement. If Trump again violates the policies, his account will be permanently suspended from Twitter. | | | | | A whole slew of White House aides resigned last night.
Lawmakers are questioning how rioters were so easily able to breach the building at the heart of the U.S. government, storming the Senate floor and leaving lawmakers, reporters and staff taking cover in the House chamber as the rioters tried to break down the doors.
The top House appropriator, Ryan, charged with funding the Capitol Police “I think it’s pretty clear that there’s going to be a number of people who are going to be without employment very, very soon." | Quote: | | | | After violent pro-Trump protesters stormed the US Capitol on Wednesday, a growing number of Republican leaders and Cabinet officials told CNN that they believe Donald Trump should be removed from office before January 20.
Four of them called for the 25th Amendment to be invoked, and two others said the President should be impeached. | | | | | With just a couple of weeks remaining this is unlikely to succeed, one can only hope.....
