Haha! Got you there
Now, who could I sue for those dirty looks....not only was my parental concern flagrantly disregarded by female exponents. Their disdainful conception of my very presence had extremely detrimental consequences for my self-worth and yadda-yadda…
Lol, the desperation to quickly seek relief did not allow us to look around.

I’m sorry, this discussion is a bit over my head. I still remember the dirty looks I caught whenever loitering outside female toilets at airports etc. waiting for my young daughter to re-emerge. I understand that women prefer a certain distance from men in various circumstances. Seems to me, that current gender questions are undermining previously held conventions. Mainly to the detriment of “classic” females
You need to work on your self-esteem, instead of the dirty looks try to believe they were admiring you. Or is that really unlikely?

Good idea! Let’s hang out together outside the ladies and evaluate the respective admiring (shy, downcast glances?) we receive….

It's likely more about those gym-lockers or "more or less" public changing areas.
Most of the gyms here have mixed naked saunas and I never saw anybody displaying a lack of comfort in such saunas consequently I do not believe TC was referring to the gym changing rooms.

But, in the eyes of the nature/science once we dig a skeleton , we can choose from "female" "male" and it ends at that
Actually, archaeologist here, no, it is M, M?, I, F?, F. Even the skull and pelvis of mature adults can not always identify the physiological sex of the individual. For children and young adults that is especially true. Quite of lot of my work (specifically, biomolecular archaeologist) was comparing osteological sex and genetic sex. To do that we looked at the amelogenin gene, and if there was a contradiction (meaning a F, was XY, or a M was XX, we would look for the SRY gene (on Y-chromosome). For F?, I, M? individuals we were not that bothered if the genetic sex was different as the osteological sexing was not that secure anyway.
Even with that there are numerous, world-wide examples of archaeologists finding skeletons of one sex buried with grave goods associated with the other. Genetic testing of these individuals tends to confirm they are ‘trans’, i.e. XY individual who weaved, XX individual who fought.

Tldr;- not all skeletons can be sexed, even those which can occasionally have opposite genetic and physiological sexes, gender roles are not always linked to sex.

Tanita Brents lacked an intact skull, after an MMA fight with a transgender Fallon Fox. How is that getting addressed, I wonder.
A travesty. He fought two women before actually declaring that he was transgender, apparently.

World Rugby have banned trans women from competing in the women's game in the interest of safety.

Quote:
On October 9th World Rugby, the global governing body for rugby union, decided to bar trans women—people who are biologically male, but identify as women—from playing in the international women’s game, on the grounds that it is unsafe.

[...]

World Rugby’s decision puts it at odds with much of the rest of the sporting world. The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has allowed trans women to compete in women’s events since 2004. It loosened its rules in 2015, removing the requirement for genital surgery in favour of a declaration of good faith, and requiring, in the interest of fair competition, that trans women reduce the amount of testosterone in their blood for at least a year before competing. The idea behind this was that suppressing testosterone would reduce or eliminate the athletic advantages conferred by male physiology.

[...]

Start with the size of that advantage. Sports science confirms what common experience suggests: most males are bigger, stronger and faster than most females. They have bigger muscles, bigger hearts and bigger lungs, as well as a greater capacity to transport and use oxygen, stronger bones and tougher ligaments. The advantage that all this grants varies from sport to sport, from around 10% in running to more than 30% in weightlifting (see chart). But even at the lower end of the scale, it is enough of a difference that some talented male teenagers—despite having yet to finish puberty—can outperform the best female athletes in the world.

[...]

The sport’s authorities weighed questions of fairness, inclusion and safety, says Dr Tucker, but it was safety that clinched the decision. He points out that, besides the evidence on strength, the size of a player’s skeleton does not change after transition. The sport is already worried about concussion, a common rugby injury now known to cause more long-term damage than previously thought. “When we say safety is our number one priority, that’s not just lip-service,” he says.

In the meantime, the governing bodies of other sports, particularly contact and combat sports, have been watching World Rugby’s deliberations, says Dr Hilton. She thinks some may adopt similar guidelines of their own.

A more immediate question will be whether the rest of rugby does the same. Although World Rugby can rule on what happens in international matches, it can offer only guidance to national unions. Authorities in England have already said they will ignore this guidance and carry on allowing trans women to play the women’s game within England. Rumblings suggest other unions in both the northern and southern hemispheres may follow suit. Excluding trans women from women’s sport may conflict with laws—or proposed laws—in some countries, including America and Canada. If anything, the arguments are likely to get louder.
Despite the ban, developments don't look too promising for actual women unfortunately.

Thanks MsWorwoo it is great to hear and learn this .
Back when I was student some good 20y ago, med studies, 1st year, I remember how we had to pass the exam and back then it was considered 90%accuracy by measuring elbow, subpubicc angle, sacrum angle , size of ileum , sciatic notch angle..
and of course for those who later on went into forensics it was level up (measurements and all that)

What I actually wanted to say, is, even though the person chose to be whichever gender , biologically that person belongs to xx or xy .. and of course 1% when it's hard to determine . (which you said, might not be only the skeleton data but biogenetics which again brings us to either xx or xy)

Re: Men are simply better at everything?

The reason why I'm having this bitter laugh when it comes to the transgender issue ,..is because , we're supposed to be all so politically correct, understanding , having to go to all-gender-wc and watch women competing in sports but some are women some not.. etc .
And again, we cant rant about facts like, transgender males are accepted to serve sentence in women's jail and I remember there were some serious scandals , the transgender beating up their room mate , raping and so on

also I remember when that actress Rose Mcgowan reacted to Catlyn Jenner's statement " oh To be a woman , the hardest thing is to find what to wear" ..so Rose was cynical and critical about that stupid phrase but in return she got all the hate , "you're just a transphobe" "you bitter loser" etc etc.

Anyhow I have the impression how this poor earth came to its end cycle ... and it's such a big mess , it only started

1% means there are 80 million people worldwide whose gender is unclear, do you want to pretend this problem does not exist?

Actually, as someone who claims to have been a med student you should know it is not 1%, but nearer to 2% - about the same as the number of red haired people (not that I am implying a link).

Saunas in Switzerland have women only days because there are women who feel uncomfortable around naked men.

Rename everything this way!
The vagina breast stroke 100m.
The penis clay shooting.

We have found a solution.

Edit - Should have gone for diving and fencing, far more obvious innuendos
