Lack of reading comprehension? A racist under every bed syndrome? I’d kind of understand if you accused me of unwarranted USA-bashing but rascism?
Please excuse my assumption that the point was clear: if this is all the US justice has managed to unearth on one of many DT organisations, the Orange Maniac seems to be less dumb than his looks and behaviour would suggest.
Mimicry sidetrack.

Don't worry about it the scope of the current charges..
Weisselberg will soon flip and cooperate with the authorities to nail bigger fish, he has already resigned from the Trump Organisation to ensure his pension is safe.

It was a general observation that people who thought arresting Floyd over an alleged $20 counterfeit note was OK but indicting a major organisation over $millions fraud is not OK are racist; whether you fit into that group or not I do not know.

What race is the indicted Trump organisation again?

And while you're at it, can I ask you to state its biological sex? Just so it's clear whether misandy or misoginy has the potential to apply.

The wheels of justice turn slowly, but grind exceedingly fine.

"A federal judge today threw out a lawsuit filed by former President Trump seeking to block the New York attorney general from investigating his business practices."

"Former President Donald Trump, Ivanka, and Donald Jr must answer questions under oath in the New York attorney general’s civil investigation into his business practices, a state appeals court ruled yesterday"

Again: The wheels of justice turn slowly, but grind exceedingly fine.

A federal judge has held a real estate giant in contempt over its refusal to cooperate with the New York attorney general’s investigation into the Trump Organization.

Judge Arthur Engoron on the New York County State Supreme Court issued a ruling on Tuesday that Cushman & Wakefield, which has done work for the Trump Organization, must pay $10,000 for each day it refuses to comply with a subpoena from New York Attorney General Letitia James (D), starting Thursday.

Have you learnt so little my friend, that you think anything will happen to Donal Trump or his organization? He slipped the wheels of justice so many times that by now I would assume you wouldn't keep your hopes up.

Although I'm not from the US and I couldn't possibly care less about US politics and politicians, I do share the Schadenfreude of "evil won't prevail and Trump and his minions will be punished"; still I won't expect it.

I don't necessarily want Trump and his clique to be "punished" (do the extremely rich or influential ever get bitten by the justice's wheels blah blah blah) but I would be delighted if he won't win the next elections and all his idiotic admirers in Europe can suck it up...once and for all.
It was extremely unpleasant to watch all these clowns, in the media and in the social media, jumping up and down like headless chickens in admiration for an extremely controversial guy. The shitty level of public debate in the last years and the free pass and permission he gave to all the idiots of the world.....ugh....

Oh I want them punished. They did wrong. They deserve what's coming to them. That it's taking a while is fine. Sweeter when it happens.

Re: Trump organisation indicted today on fraud charges (not Trump family)

Words from John Pavlovitz, Christian pastor and author:
“Dear White Evangelicals,
I need to tell you something: People have had it with you. They’re done. They want nothing to do with you any longer, and here’s why: They see your hypocrisy, your inconsistency, your incredibly selective mercy, and your thinly veiled supremacy.
For eight years they watched you relentlessly demonize a black President; a man faithfully married for 26 years; a doting father and husband without a hint of moral scandal or the slightest whiff of infidelity. They watched you deny his personal faith convictions, argue his birthplace, and assail his character—all without cause or evidence.
They saw you brandish Scriptures to malign him and use the laziest of racial stereotypes in criticizing him. And through it all, White Evangelicals—you never once suggested that God placed him where he was, you never publicly offered prayers for him and his family, you never welcomed him to your Christian Universities, you never gave him the benefit of the doubt in any instance, you never spoke of offering him forgiveness or mercy, your evangelists never publicly thanked God for his leadership, your pastors never took to the pulpit to offer solidarity with him, you never made any effort to affirm his humanity or show the love of Jesus to him in any quantifiable measure.
You violently opposed him at every single turn—without offering a single ounce of the grace you claim as the heart of your faith tradition. You jettisoned Jesus as you dispensed damnation on him.
And yet you give carte blanche to a white Republican man so riddled with depravity, so littered with extramarital affairs, so unapologetically vile, with such a vast resume of moral filth—that the mind boggles.
And the change in you is unmistakable. It has been an astonishing conversion to behold: a being born again.
With him, you suddenly find religion. With him, you’re now willing to offer full absolution. With him, all is forgiven without repentance or admission. With him, you’re suddenly able to see some invisible, deeply buried heart. With him, sin has become unimportant, and compassion no longer a requirement. With him, you see only Providence.
And White Evangelicals, all those people who have had it with you—they see it all clearly. They recognize the toxic source of your inconsistency.
They see that pigmentation and party are your sole deities. They see that you aren’t interested in perpetuating the love of God or emulating the heart of Jesus. They see that you aren’t burdened to love the least, or to be agents of compassion, or to care for your Muslim, gay, African, female, or poor neighbors as yourself.
They see that all you’re really interested in doing is making a God in your own ivory image and demanding that the world bow down to it. They recognize this all about white, Republican Jesus—not dark-skinned Jesus of Nazareth.
And I know you don’t realize it, but you’re digging your own grave these days; the grave of your very faith tradition.
Your willingness to align yourself with cruelty is a costly marriage. Yes, you’ve gained a Supreme Court seat, a few months with the Presidency as a mouthpiece, and the cheap high of temporary power—but you’ve lost a whole lot more.
You’ve lost an audience with millions of wise, decent, good-hearted, faithful people with eyes to see this ugliness. You’ve lost any moral high ground or spiritual authority with a generation. You’ve lost any semblance of Christlikeness. You’ve lost the plot. And most of all you’ve lost your soul.
I know it’s likely you’ll dismiss these words. The fact that you’ve even made your bed with such malevolence, shows how far gone you are and how insulated you are from the reality in front of you. But I had to at least try to reach you. It’s what Jesus would do.”

Allen Weisselberg, who served as the chief financial officer for former President Trump’s real estate company, pleaded guilty on Thursday to tax evasion as part of a deal with prosecutors.

Leaves the Trump organization in the brown stuff, sadly not the family....

Re: Trump organisation indicted today on fraud charges (not Trump family)

A Manhattan judge said Thursday he will appoint an independent monitor “to ensure there is no further fraud” at former President Donald Trump’s company, restricting its ability to freely make deals, sell assets and change its corporate structure.

Judge Arthur Engoron ordered an outside watchdog as he presides over a lawsuit in which New York’s attorney general alleges Trump and the Trump Organization misled banks and others about the value of prized assets, including golf courses and hotels bearing his name.

Allen Weisselberg, former President Donald Trump’s long-time chief financial officer, was sentenced by a New York judge to five months in jail for his role in a decade-long tax fraud scheme after testifying as the state’s witness against the Trump Organization.

He also paid $2 million in back taxes.

Trump Org. fined $1.6 million (the maximum legally allowed fine) after conviction for 17 felonies, including tax fraud; peanuts.

Criminal investigations into the Trump Organization’s business practices are entering a new chapter and will “go as long as the facts and the law require,” Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg told CNN today

The organization was convicted, not the man or his family. The penalty is a fine of a measly 1.6 million USD, which the organization can easily afford. You can hope all you want for an orange jumpsuit, but it ain't gonna happen.
