Take a look at my public profile album photos...they are not excellent quality …besides that I think I have smoked everything in on day in 1976...

I'm still trying to figure out how Switzerland is supposed to help when it's an Italian mother and a Croatian father.
Switzerland is the only country with a forum that discusses such a "case" at lenth:

Why ? What is wrong with this one ? This one is the only one I manage to find …
Switzerland has a long tradition in international mediating between countries/ethnicities.

Geneva has the facilities for those meetings, in case Sophia Loren refuses to have them at her home.

Re: Any right to get a free lawyer in Switzerland ?

This text is translation of some parts of my constitutional complaint in Croatia – but of course it was rejected because it is not possible to file constitutional complain for a birht certificate annulment – but these long text explains the whole story...

I dispute/deny – the accuracy of the BIRTH CERTIFICATE – on the basis of which I was granted citizenship, however, I believe that the birth certificate does not correspond to the true state of affairs /real biological parents/, and there has not been a legal process of adoption long ago and as far as I can see in this case, nor is the way in which Croatian citizenship was acquired is not legal from the begining, which I would classified as – an illegal way of obtaining citizenship and I consider that the issued birth certificate is illegal, and such was issued as a result of the criminal act that occurred at the time of my birth.

And in this case, there has not been as much forgery of the birth certificate as it seems to me, it is fine as such, but the person living under that birth certificate does not correspond to the stated parents genetically. This would not be classified as a classic case of identity theft, but I would say that I' am a person who has never even acquired a true identity by biological parents, because at the time I was born - I was most likely abducted/kidnapped from the territory of another country (questionable USA, Italy...). And genetics itself speaks to the suspicion that there is some kind of kinship between biological parents, which is incest in fact.

Although a constitutional complaint can be filed within 30 days, I believe that a month after my birth certificate was issued and I could not possibly file a constitutional complaint for minority. In later years, I was able to ask for the determination of motherhood and fatherhood if I had been able to find out from family members in time to 25 years – but again the question would arise – how to challenge motherhood/fatherhood at all when there is no document that they are not biological parents and have adopted me. Since today I can no longer ask for the determination of motherhood/paternity due to the expiration of the deadline, I do not see any other legal path, and I believe that I did not mistakenly fail to ask for the determination of motherhood/fatherhood, because if I had known this reliably by then I probably would, but resistance within the family still exists today regarding this problem that would not have classified it as classic family problems. Since in my opinion this is a more delicate case, I personally wonder – what legal path exists for such a case, because if there had been a legal way there would have existed in previous years, and I believe that the irreparable consequences have already occurred and have lasted for many years.

I dispute or ask questionable correct date of birth, as well as the country, and place of birth – although this is how it is stated on the statement of birth certificate and I claim that the way I was assigned entry in the register and birth certificate long time ago was not legal, in my suspicion it was a cover-up of the criminal act that took place, which in my qualification and opinion would be – the infant abduction of (a daughter ?) political figure (President Tito) – how would it be possible for an injured infant baby to come out of the maternity hospital long time ago ?

Specify the constitutional law you consider infringed, and the applicable provision of the Constitution guaranteeing that right:

• right to an accurate birth certificate and identity, family affiliation and actual origin
• court never established or resolved suspicion of kidnapping Tito's successor then just born in 1976/1977 (as far as I would know)
• right to inherit citizenship by biological parents
• right of ownership
• right to inherit the property of biological parents
• the right to know officially who my birth mother is, the right to meet my mother or to be able to get in touch with her,
• the person in my family said that she is the mother – which of course is not evidence
- the right to access judicial authorities or assistance from judicial authorities and institutions when the international abduction of an infant is suspected

In my case, I claim that the way I acquired citizenship in 1977. was not legal in the first place – why do I claim to be so? Because it is logical to conclude that as an infant with an unrelated umbilical cord injury (open abdominal wound) I did not leave the maternity hospital, because it is not known to me how as an infant I came to Croatia at all 13 days old (approximately according to the photo) in Croatia a long time ago, because I doubt that at the time of my birth some criminal act happened, according to my suspicion it was about the abduction of an infant baby whose father was Tito according to oral claim of my „uncle“, and my mother Sofia Loren.

Online, one person said they suspected the blackmail and abduction of President Tito's child, and if the media reports that he was buried in Vienna and not Belgrade are correct, then I would conclude that his origins are Austrian, which may be logical since he was, according to some media reports, the illegitimate son of Emperor Franz Joseph, and with the circumstance that it is difficult for me to determine and claim what citizenship he was, I can only speculate whether he had a double citizenship, and therefore he was buried in Vienna. But I can hardly say anything about Tito reliably because it is shrouded in information that is not very widely available to the general public.

Citizenship is inherited by parents, which is prevented from me by issuing a birth certificate in Croatia as if I am the legal daughter of the persons listed on my birth certificate and gives the illusion that I was actually born in a legal marriage, but because of my homozygous genetics (incest?).

I don't think Croatia has the right to permanently retain a person whose origin is essentially foreign to both father and mother, (and never as far as I know there was an aspiration or interest in returning me to my mother long time ago), but this foreign citizenship was never acquired due to the circumstances of the crime at the earliest age as an infant only a few days old. And it is quite clear that it is not desirable to be a relative/most likely daughter/ of Tito for a number of reasons.

No one shall be subjected to any form of abuse or, without their consent, medical or scientific experiments.

I believe that in addition to a few inaccurate diagnoses that there was also a criminal act – illegal procedures in medicine. A medical error is something that can happen to anyone, while illegal, forbiden and non-consent procedure exceeds the usual medical errors.

The attorney's office as an independent and independent service provides everyone with legal assistance, in accordance with the law.

Given the criminal act that I suspect, and I will give my own qualification since I am neither a police officer nor a criminalist by profession, and I have approached the police with a problem and they have not generally seen where the criminal act would even be.

I don't think I'm educated to give a professional criminal qualification, but regardless I will say what I think in order for me to qualify the criminal act – the international political abduction of an infant (1976/1977) whose origins are foreign to both parents, and I came to the territory of the Republic of Croatia a long time ago through unknown channels – injured – which opens a lot of questions from registration in the birth register, issuance of birth certificate to citizenship and depriving me of the right of inheritance and ownership.

I also ask rhetorical question – what is the limitation period for criminal acts suspecting the international political abduction of an infant who is a foreign national by both parents? What body is in charge in a case like this? Do I have the right to ask to determine who my mother is and to return me to my mother? And this is not, in my opinion, a classic case – life in a non-biologic family or anything like adopting a person/infant/. This is a cover-up political abduction of an infant, something like a "political hostage with certain degree of freedom, but supervised and under control of my non-biological family which I consider as a “hostage keepers” - this may be a little hard to say" which is not a known category but is more of an expression of how I feel, and I think I have had a lot of constitutional rights taken away or violated.

Not only did I not have any legal protection, but I was prevented from even finding out how I got to the territory of the Republic of Croatia, how could I even exercise/achieve the right to establish motherhood/paternity when no one has openly told me that this is disputable until the age of 25. It would be to much to expect, that the infant who has been abducted/kidnapped would also be informed about what and how I came on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.

In other words – the question arises whether I am a legal or illegal citizen, and I have not assigned such a birth certificate to myself, and it is important to others what the paper says and this is proof of course that should not be suspected or obviously disputed.

What is the proof of kidnaping? INJURY of an infant baby approximately 13 days old in 1976/1977. ? – unrelated umbilical cord, open wound that has been stitched, with an injured ankle. Can anyone explain how the injury appeared/happened and which maternity hospital would let me out of with a completely open wound in 1976. or 1977. ?

I am by my origin (of course never proven or investigated as far as I know) a foreign citizen, even more accurately it would be that I am in fact a person without the right/true citizenship – because this one I have now was acquired in my opinion in a suspicious ways, and the one that I should have by my biological parents I have never been able to acquire.

Everyone is guaranteed the respect and legal protection of his personal and family life, dignity, reputation and honour.

If this article guarantees me the protection of family life, why is it so difficult to determine who my birth mother is, do I have any other living members of the biological family? In other words, I have to be a member of the family, even though I do not belong to that family, although there has not been a legal adoption procedure in the past.

Freedom of thought and expression of thought is guaranteed.

Given the delicacy of what I have presented in this text – I refer to this article, and that is to guarantee me the freedom to think and express my thoughts (however contradictory or unfamiliar to some than that officially published about Tito) – in my case about a long-ago criminal act, and I hope that I am allowed to give a slightly different opinion about Tito than what was published in the media – and this opinion is the suspicion of blackmail and kidnapping of his descendant in addition to the fact that in my opinion his private property was also stolen., ("Sofia Loren – sad story about my spontaneous abortions" - is this about spontaneous abortions or covert abduction ?) and there would not be a court case until recent years over his inheritance in 2011 or 2013 in Serbia. How is it possible that journalists have the right to report and access information, and I am denied anything to even ask about my background and mother?. Is that a taboo subject or a covert long-standing state-political crime?

Right of ownership is guaranteed.

The right of ownership is the most interesting right for those who have used Tito's property. In fact, I do not have at all as a court-unproven daughter (according to oral allegations) the right to become the owner of any property neither by unconfirmed father nor by mother, and if I would ever inherited any property of the persons listed on my birth certificate – then I would inherit it illegally, because there was no proper adoption, and it was preceded by a criminal act.

The family is under special protection of the state. Marriage and legal relations in marriage, cohavery and family are governed by law.

Therefore, it is not permissible for the police to interfere in family relations, but is it in my case family relations or relationships that seem to be ostensibly similar to family relations, but in the background it may be a long time ago covert abduction of an infant of foreign origin who was therefore prevented from exercising any rights within the legal deadlines for determining motherhood/paternity when I was not informed of it from my family in time, and they also opposed DNA analysis in a private laboratory which, in my judgment, falsely confirmed that they are biological parents, which is why a criminal complaint was filed with suspected irregularities during the proceedings. It seems to me once an infant is abducted or separated from its mother remains forever kidnapped or separated from the biological family and as if there is no legal way to solve the problem with the lasting consequence that I will never see or meet my mother, even though she may be alive and living in another country, but I am prevented from any contact and the possibility of proving kinship with her (if it is her, and so the person in my family said orally), and even if my birth mother is not her – again there open question remains who is and where is the birth mother? I must admit that this in my case is a "special protection of the state.""

summary:
- born without associated umbilical cord or trauma as a result of the assassination of Tito in whose immediate nearness I found myself
- born homozygous
- unknown the exact day, date and place of birth and the state
- placed as an infant in a croatian family without adoption
- questionable how I even came to Croatia long time ago
- the impossibility of proving at court the true parents and my origins
- I have a birth certificate as if I was actually born in this legal marriage, I don't have a document that I was adopted
- how I would even put it legally through the question of motherhood/fatherhood when it does not look disputable by the issued documents
- imposibility to prove true biological origin by biological parents
- questionable right of origin and true citizenship by biological parents
- imposibility to know what I am by nationality but by biological parents
- imposibility to bear the surname of the biological family
- imposibility to ever have an accurately issued birth certificate
- imposibility to inherit citizenship by biological parents
- imposibility to inherit the property of biological parents
- possibility that someone else used the property that belonged to my biological father
- imposibility to ever know reliably and officially who my birth mother is
- imposibility to simply make contact with her and simply ask – if she has lost a child – how would anyone even get to Sofia, after all it is about homozygosity/incest/, I don't understand why it happened (artificial insemination or something else ?), there is a need for an impartial institution that would have authority to compare my DNA with her DNA, and say are we mother or doughter or not ? ....( and starting from my experience so far I have no luck with the institutions and give an explanation of how I was separated from my mother in the first place)
- misdiagnose and unlawful treatment – a disease of narcolepsy that is a sleep disorder
- difficult to prove illegal medical procedures without consent
- doubts about the bias of the courts in the litigations so far (with the charged high costs, and deprived of the right of inheritance)
- not responding to letters or inquiries that have been addressed to a number of institutions – regardless of the content of the letter – there has not been no comment by some institutions – means either ignoring or without any comment and the problem is that only a few legal professionals see a way out of this situation
- I think I would also be entitled to free legal aid, but it has been refused to me
- long-term treatment with potentially harmful medications with suspicious substances based of false diagnosis
- how to solve the fact that biologically by origin I do not belong to Croatia at all, and I suspect kidnapping, I actually think that in some strange ways I was brought here as a child and grew up here and assimilated, but that this is not my true/first and biological origin
- the inability to ever know if there is any member of my biological family – therefore separated from all members who would be biological relatives – in Croatia as far as I know there is no one.

By chance, have you tried getting a lawyer in Croatia to look at it?

Step one, get DNA tested, get your parents DNA tested. Without that you are going to further. That's all there is. All the circumstantial evidence in the world will not even be looked at until you've established your parents aren't related to you.

You are wasting your time until you get the DNA tests done - whether you can afford it or not is utterly irrelevant. No one is going to even begin to take you seriously without some solid evidence, and you don't have any.

I strongly suggest you seek psychiatric help. You may be quite ill.

Great pics. What are we looking at? Pic 1 is you? What are the black arrows pointing to on Pic 2? Who are the people in Pic 3?

Send your story to Netflix Croatia. I'd watch a mini documentary on your life and claims.

Here's a story that is slightly more likely than you being hurt in an assassination attempt as a newborn lovechild of Sofia Loren and Tito. Could still be some good money in there.

Re: Any right to get a free lawyer in Switzerland ?

Yes, I put a foto of me (26 years) old, this small baby with black abdominal open whole was me, this open wound was stitched with a needle, one leg was slightly injured like somebody pull me for my right ankle,...there is one small detail a dirt under my nail /left leg/ - where would an infant 13 days old manage to get dirty nails in bed ??? This is a bad foto but it is seen on the original better. The third picture is one old lady (died), my birth certificate mother is a woman in the middle, and a little girl was me...

Now, if you put a foto of me 26 years old grown up woman, smiling, and a foto of a young woman from the middle of the photo … could you say we are mother and a daughter ?

Op - in checking the photos, you've clearly got Tito's earlobes and Sophia's upper lip.

Your best bet is to appeal directly to the United Nations Human Rights Council.

I agree with this. DNA-testing is the most important thing, before all else.

Get yourself tested. Get a test of the mother-on-your-birth-certificate and of the father-on-your-birth-certificate, ideally all at the same time.

Do this through a laboratory which will issue a formal certificate to state whether either or both of these persons is your biological parent. Here's such a lab in Croatia: https://genos.hr/dna/paternity-test/?lang=en
and here's their pricelist https://genos.hr/dna/wp-content/uplo...20-v12-ENG.pdf

If you don't have the money, now, to pay for this, I suggest you focus your efforts on ways to earn and to save, until you do.

You would have to find out the law in Croatia, about permission to get the tests done, and I presume the laboratory would be able to tell you that. It may be that you can simply send in samples, or it may be that you need the written permission from the other adults, to have these tests done. You should also inform yourself about the types of tests: for legal purposes, the rules may be stricter, and you need to know for which type of test result/certificate you are paying.

This is probably one of the best summaries of the advice on this thread:

So, I recommend that you stop trying to persuade anyone of your story, and instead focus your energy on gathering the facts. And the DNA tests are the best source of facts, as a first, essential step.

Re: Any right to get a free lawyer in Switzerland ?

I checked your photos - you clearly have never given birth yourself - the 'wound' you are talking about is absolutely normal... it's the stump of the umbilicus where you were connected to the umbilical cord. From the photo, I can also see that you were born with an 'umbilical hernia - again, quite common in newborns... and if you were given a stitch in there, that's quite possible. At 13 days it's possible that the umbilicus was a little dry/crusty/bloody as the stump would have fallen off by then - I've been through this with my own kids... where did you get the idea it was abnormal ?

1. Do an ancestry DNA test.
2. Find anyone in your genetic family tree who is willing to do a DNA test.
3. let us know how you get along with the tests.

Now besides all advices, comments etc … does any one who is reading this … and who saw photos can be absolutely sure that there is not even 1% chance that Sofija gave birth to a baby girl in 08/09./1976. in NY … whose father was President Tito...and that Tito went to NY in 1976. when he was as I assume - blackmailed … and at that time a terrorist attack happened Bušić kidnapping an airplane landed in France.…. if my mother really is Sofija could this criminal event be connected with my case ... I was an infant 1976. but a person in my familly mentioned that event...so, we may conclude that there is no chance that Sophia is the mother, and that the child was stolen…from there NY ?

No. No-one can be absolutely sure of anything about any % chance of whether or not Sophia gave birth, then. If she and her public relations staff have not make this public, before now, then I'd say that no-one can know whether this happened, at all. Except Sophia herself, or anyone who spent that day and the preceding months with her.

However, given the medical care she needed with regard to her other four pregnancies (two of which ended in miscarriage, and for the other two, when she was aged 34 and 39, respectively, she needed bedrest), it seems unlikely that she would have borne another child at the age of 42. Even if she did, it seems unlikely that she could have kept such a secret from the world for the past 45 years. And even then, whether or not this could have anything to do with you is merely speculative and uncertain.

You can, however, start with gaining certainty about what you can know. You can find out what you would need to do DNA tests to know whether or not your parents, as named on your birth certificate, are or are not your biological parents.
  • If a DNA tests show that your "birth-certificate-mother" is, in fact, your biological mother, and that your "birth-certificate-father" is, in fact, your biological father, then that result can put an end to your needing to wonder about either Sophia or Tito, ever again, and you can lay all those worries to rest. That would bring a peaceful end to all of this uncertainty.
  • If the DNA tests show that one or both of these parents is/are not your biological parent(s), then perhaps they will become more willing to tell you more of the story of how and where you were conceived and born, and who both your parents were, if they even know.

After you have determined the facts, then you can decide whether you still need or want to research any next part of your story.

Why do people react this way - close this thread… but OK...I will not right anymore … to be a victim of serious crime, and to seek for mother is my right … I put a story and a foto maybe I could make somebody interested … but never mind…

Suppose only imagine, that you are a lost daughter of Sophia Loren... I can not claim that for 100 % but one person said that not me, what would you do, to whom would you turn to and you are stuck in a deep problem, besides that you lost basically everything and other people prevented you from your right of inheritance (read robbery actually)…and you lost all potential members of your biological family you only heard your mother is Sofija... and you don't know a way out of this situation ? Would a help of psychiatry be effective here, could they solve any problem ???

So I will not write about this … goodbye

I am sure if Sophia Loren had a daughter everybody would have known about it, pregnancy is not something you can really hide and with an actress such as Loren, there would have been a lot of money to be made selling the story.

Why she dropped her knickers for Tito is well beyond me.

Having a baby is bit more than having a piss every day.....

Re: Any right to get a free lawyer in Switzerland ?

Yes, of course everybody would know, except if a baby was stolen from her a few days after birth.…and a wound of my belly button speaks that there is possibility that I was not even born in hospital I believe that doctors wouldn't cut umbilical cord completely and leave open wound, the other possibility that I had normal belly button but some trauma happened and it opened because of pressure, explosion, turbulence I do not know I am guessing now

… if she was having pregnancy problems… how she could have a baby if it was taken away from her … but something strange happened in the first days of my life ?

Now, if you put a foto of me 26 years old grown up woman, smiling, and a foto of a young woman from the middle of the photo … could you say we are mother and a daughter ?
Yes.

Tom
