He lost in his multiple efforts to get the Supreme Court to intervene.
Trump seems to have found more ways to lose than any other candidate ever.

Partially wrong. Though I personally don't believe in Abortion I understand that there are (rare) cases where the alternative is worse. So a blank ban of abortion, I am not for. There has to be some kind of practical compromise that both sides can live with.

That being said, the 2 cases overturned (Roe and Casey) are awful. The legal basis for it (right to privacy) is in my opinion questionable. It was set in such a way that the basis for the lawsuit was an entirely sane law that banned abortions after 15 weeks. (more generous than most of Europe)

For sure, I don't agree that a court should set the rules for the entire country on what is acceptable and what is not. This issue should have been worked out legislatively to set a minimum requirement for the country.
