The Republican primary debates should be... umm... interesting.
They should make Trump wear some kind of electrical device that will automatically zap him every time he interrupts someone. Either that or a ball gag.

These GOP primary polls are all over the place. Time that the gloves come off and that weakling from Florida declares. https://www.realclearpolitics.com/ep...gop_primaries/ |

Apparently there actually does already exist a Trump ball gag face mask: https://toolanddyedesigns.com/produc...-gag-face-mask

Tom | | | | | Well, Biden did win in the primaries. Some people did vote for him because they like him... regardless of what anyone on the right (or in the middle) might think of him.
I think that no matter what Democrat had taken office, people on the right would still find ways to do nothing but criticize them. No matter what Biden does, those on the right will just look for ways to try to self-validate their dislike of him. Cognitive bias is a funny thing...
(A groan from Tom coming in 3.... 2... 1....)

I think Tom has a point. For 2024. In 2020, I think Biden was the best chance to beat Trump, it worked just barely. I think that Harris or Buttigieg or Sanders would have lost in 2020.

(A groan from Tom coming in 3.... 2... 1....) | | | | | There’s also us on the left who no longer want to see the establishment Democrats in power who are not in touch with the average Americans. They are ultra wealthy and work to appease corporations/PACs. This portion of the party would be considered “conservative” in any other country outside of America. So it’s not just the right or the middle who are critical of Biden - there’s also the progressive Democrats like myself.

Hey, I’ve got an idea. Let’s suspend discussion here for a year and then come back and see if anything has changed. That will still be 230 days before the actual vote.
:wishful thinking:

Pelosi would be the ultimate example of an ultra wealthy establishment Democrat.

Whatever a member of the commonly known victim groups does, it's always someone else's fault.
Yawn. | Quote: | | | | | According to Forbes, Biden's net worth is $8 million so he is financially in good shape but that is a long way from ultra-wealthy, from the same source there are 724 billionaires in the US and around 10,000 with over $100 million. | | | | | That *is* rich.
To be fair though, he won't work 40 hours per week only. And over an entire lifespan the compound interest effect works miracles.

. | | | | | Triggered much, Urs my dear?
I guess you will blame whoever has a different opinion than yours for the aggressive or patronising tone of most of your posts. Or blame some users here for reacting to your desperate attempts of bossing them around.
Right, now back with you on the ignore list where you belong.

It's not me who's trying to blame the right for the left's actions. Nobody's forced to react to what you may perceive as winding up, what you do is always your own responsibility.
