Greta has contributed to the brainwashing of a generation that believe climate change is a global catastrophe the likes we have never seen. That they are the victims of generations past. That the only way to fight it is through protest and complaint. That gluing yourself to a road or throwing soup at paintings is more constructive than hard work and innovation.

She epitomises woke culture and I would argue her followers are far more dangerous than Andrew Tate's because her way has been normalised and has far more sway over the mainstream. Andrew Tate on the other hand remains marginalised.

While I disagree with the protest methods, the climate change thingy it's happening. I'm not sure it's catastrophe per se, but for a lot of people with low ability to adapt to change, it will surely be a catastrophe.

It you are unable to differentiate between the themes of throwing cans of soup, Greta Thunberg and Andrew Tates hideous crimes, then you either need to read more widely, be more highly functioning and / or you really have serious problems.

Not necessarily. Life is full of challenges anyway in developing countries. And, lower literacy means a lot less of collective memory: people still calls hurricanes and earthquakes that happen every 20-30 years unprecedented events.

If something went really wrong, it would be very interesting to see who is better prepared mentally to face the challenges that we created ourselves? A society that lives more in the present and will keep pushing without thinking too much, or a society that looks a lot to the past and will blame it on itself?
