The aftermath of Lech Kaczynski plane crash

Russian military sources claim Smolensk air traffic controllers four times ordered Kaczynski's plane not to land because of fog, and to reroute to an airport 400 kilometres away in Minsk. Critics of Kaczynski claimed he once pressured a pilot to land in unsafe circumstances.

The black box recorder which might solve the mystery is in the hands of Russian authorities. Initial Russian findings based on air traffic control conversations and flight data recordings suggest there were no technical or mechanical defects with the Soviet-era Tupolev-154.
Russia's lead investigator has pointed to the pilot's decision to try to land, despite repeated warnings of the poor weather conditions, as the most
likely cause of the crash.

And here is another interesting article..
'Russia engineered air crash that killed President Kaczynski,' claims Polish MP

Re: Polish President Lech Kaczynski 'in plane crash'

Interesting video that, among other things, explains that the data recorders were recovered and that the plane was fully functional when crashing at the first attempt ie there were no more than one, as well as gun shots at the crash scene.

Re: Polish President Lech Kaczynski 'in plane crash'

Interesting article on the BBC site about the crash

Quote:
Non-crew members were present in the cockpit of a plane that crashed killing the Polish president and more than 90 others, an investigation has found.

One of the non-crew members has been identified, though officials did not name them.

The plane crashed as it tried to land in western Russia on 10 April, killing President Lech Kaczynski and dozens of senior Poles.

This is all old news, interleaved with garbage...
"The plane was equipped with a Terrain Awareness warning System, so the pilot must have known that he was approaching trees."
Interesting (source: linked video).
"A safety device that warns pilots when they get too close to the ground was switched off on the Polish plane which crashed in Smolensk on April 10th, according to a report by the Russian news agency Interfax."
Also interesting (source: here).

But what's really interesting is that both statements are from the same reporter.

At this stage, one has to mention that the "reporter" is none other that Jane 'Global Conspiracy' Burgermeister, famous for filing charges against the WHO for "bioterrorism and the intent to commit mass murder."

She's not going to let her "investigations" be diverted by fact, reality or contradictions in her own statements, no sirree bob.

New World Order, anyone?

Re: Polish President Lech Kaczynski 'in plane crash'

A Polish report on the TU-154 crash has finally been released today. It blames both Russian and Polish sides for the crash. Hopefully, it will put an end to all the conspiracy theories. Or not?

Excellent work of the Polish investigators. Thorough and objective. An interesting part was not mentioned in the transcript above :

The presence of a Polish air force commander in the cockpit may also have contributed to the crash, the aviation committee said, noting that he had alcohol in his blood at the time of the crash.

The extract of CNN

to me looks rather better

Polish prosecutor 'shoots self after news conference'

Col Mikolaj Przybyl was defending a military investigation into media leaks related to the air crash that killed the Polish president in 2010 ( Smolensk ).

He asked reporters to leave so that he could take "a break".

Upon hearing a loud thud, the reporters returned to find him on the floor with a pool of blood around his head.

Quote:
During my entire service as a civilian and later military prosecutor, I have never brought shame to the Republic of Poland and I will protect the honour of an officer of the Polish armed forces and prosecution. Thank you, please give me a five-minute break, I need to rest.

The doctors are fighting for his life and he will most probably survive. I think he will try to finish the job because "honour" (a very old-fashioned notion of it) is everything for these guys.

As I understood it, the former President was enroute to RU with regard to the Katyń crime.

He ought to be discharged very soon.
