sure cool thing, but as mentioned in comments, the drug was injected very shortly after infection, which may well be the key to circumvent the main trouble with RNAi-based therapeutics, namely extremely short halflife in vivo. How's that applicable in a real setting with real effects, we'll see.
Another factor is that a biologic based drug will be very expensive, so probably OK for the first-world military applications, but unlikely to deal effectively with the disease where outbreaks naturally occur.

As usual, in God we trust, the rest show me the data.
