I am new to this forum and semi- new to Zurich

I have lived in Zurich when I worked with UBS about three years back. Then I returned to work and live in London. However, I had failed to deregister myself before returning back to the UK.

Now I am back to work here, would this pose a problem for me?

You'll certainly earn Tut Tuts when you re-apply, plus potentially a bill for any outstanding tax / bills. Best to play dumb but be honest; you can't avoid a trip to the Kreisbüro.
