Moving to Zurich, help!!

Hi,
I was so relieved when I found this forum

I am moving to Zurich in March this year and want some advise on moving companies from UK to Zurich.

I have come across a few that have given me quotes, but when I looked them up on the internet, there were many complaints...

Would appreciate any recommendations?

Thanks

Re: Moving to Zurich, help!!

Welcome to the Forum. As regards your question, the prof is nicer than I am.

When I see your first two posts and look up your Profile - content = nil - I wonder whether you are mistaking this for an information office. I appreciate that you want advice from people with experience on the subject, but when we get the same, or very similar, questions over and over again, the enthusiasm to reply in detail does tend to pall a little.

Now how about a proper intro - not a question on moving firms - and your assurance that you have looked at other Threads on the same subject but now need extra details in this area... and the same applies to the job question. There are Threads there with lists of job Sites. Have a glance through them first and say in your post where you have looked. This gets all the 'helpful' members on your side when you ask for specific information.

I'll likely get complaints about my being nasty to new members, but I assure you the impression you make at the beginning, with your first posts, tends to stick in people's memories.

Have a good day.
